This store is very nice, always clean, well laid out and everything is easy to find. However, this store has the most disappointing customer service out of every Tom Thumb I have been in. I do not know if it is because most of the employees are kids or just poor management. I do not intend to go back to this store. The last time I called the bakery the person on the phone was beyond rude. She interrupted me, she didnt want to hear what I was requesting. When I tried to explain the decorations she cut me off and then when we were done she hung up on me.

It is such a pleasure to shop at Tom Thumb at 3070 N Goliad St, Rockwall, TX. The store is well thought out with a common sense approach to an organized inventory. The produce department is very well maintained, stocked, and always fresh. It is such a blessing to walk through the store and find the items on my list in a location that one would expect in a grocery store. Kudos to the manager and the staff. P. S. I travel 11 miles and pass 3 other grocery stores just to shop at this Tom Thumb. Thanks for taking the stress out of grocery shopping.

This Tom Thumb is amazing. The store is always clean, the employees are always friendly, and the management is always visible. I feel confident when the management team in a store are experienced, professional adults, NOT teenagers. I see both managers walking around the store ensuring that everything is perfect, from the products being displayed properly to the employees doing their jobs correctly. I trust this store completely and enjoy the time I spend shopping there.

Was going to buy some soup bones and noticed they were green and marrow was black!!! They expiration date fell on July 1 and it is June 30..The person which I will not call a meat butcher said "Thats the color they are supposed to be" and put them back on shelf!!! Red haired little boy didnt catch his name what a joke!!!! No telling what else goes on there when the meat dept manager is gone. If there was a neg number Id say -3

This may be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. It takes me an average of two trips to get anything. They transferred the spouses prescriptions as part of a work deal. They just stand around and do NOTHING - It takes them 15 minutes to open a bottle, count to 30, print a label, and hand you a bag?????? I DARE anyone from the store to try the pharmacy....Better yet, take an hour and AUDIT whats going on!!!!!

I cant believe the review about poor customer service. This is by far the most friendliest grocery store I have ever been to - and we shop there at least twice a week and have been since they opened. The manager is a real professional and the staff are very friendly and helpful. If you request something they will try to stock it for you. I have nothing but good to say about this store.

Were regulars and like coming here bc its small and their selection is pretty good. However, they do have a hard time keeping things restocked once theyre out ....if its out of stock it could be a month before you see an item that youre used to purchasing !!! Soooo its becoming harder to continue coming here when they have new competition just down the street .

Everyone there is extremely friendly and helpful. The butchers are awsome, giving tips and suggestions on preparing different cuts of meat and seafood. Produce is always fresh with a good selection. Should they run out of something, with a smile, theyll give you a rain check & do their best to get the items you need. The ONLY grocery store Ill use!

Great selection of packaged food, good deli, very kind customer service and a small town feel. My biggest complaint are the prices. Its cheaper to shop online at Amazon and have your stuff delivered compared to shopping here.

Good grocery store but do not depend on them for fuel. Pumps are advertised as available 24 hours but twice in the week have been shut off at 6AM.
