I had purchased a product for my dog that did not live up to its 100% non distructible guarantee. When I went to return the product I was rudely informed, by GiGi, the manager that she wasnt going to replace it and I needed to go to the manufacturer. Than she walked off. As a business owner, I was appalled that anyone would treat a customer with such rudeness. I certainly will not return and will find somewhere else to purchase my dog food and supplies.

Great selection of dog and cat food. Prices are very competitive compared to online prices. They keep the store very clean and organized. The self service dog washing is great for those times that giving your dog a bath at home would just result in clogging your drains with dog hair and mud. Much better service and overall experience compared to a big-name pet store. The best thing about this place? They have a store cat.

Love this location of pet food center! This store has a great selection of pet supplies and food. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and there is great parking and hardly ever a wait. They have just recently added grooming, so there is that option along with a dog wash where you can groom your animal and wash them on your own for a price. Its a really great option, especially during the winter time!

Love the Pet Food Center. I take my dogs for the self bath every other week at a minimum. They do not charge for service dogs. Their groomer is the first person that has been able/willing to trim my dogs nails...she does a great job and gets it done quickly. Their food/snack selection is nop notch. Everyone that works there is very knowledgable and friendly.

I like the reward program when it works. If you dont receive your coupon(s) via email the employees are great, but the manager is rude. She has a tendency to talk more than listen and will and has talked over me personally. My dogs love their food and the prices are good, but the manager needs some customer service/listening training

Best Pet Store Ever! Absolutely the greatest pet store ever in Clarksville. Just found this, and they have been great. Huge selection; everywhere from toys, treats, bones, beds, to food. Very decent prices. Love that they have the dog wash area very convenient. All the workers are great, ask them anything they find the answer for you!

I had purchased a harness for my anxious boxer who is hard to walk . It was a good price and the employees helped me out. They were so nice and polite. Even after it was to big and had to get a smaller one. Love there treats as well!

The exact same dog food i normally get at Petsmart was a whole 13 dollars more expensive here! Thats a pretty big price difference. Needless to say I drove down the street to Petsmart.

I love taking my dogs here for the self-service dog spa. Very convenient...especially after they have rolled in the dirt all day and my wife wont let them inside until theyre clean ;)

Great store and nice staff. But you make it hard to give you business for grooming. Grooming staff works very limited hours. Really wish there was more availability.

They are friendly, help you by bringing a towel for your fur baby to ride in the cart more comfortable, they have very high quality items, food,treats etc.

Maybe a nice store,but if you are going to advertise on google that you open at 10:00 on Sundays than that is what time you should openor change the time.
