Ive been to Kroger in Grosse Pointe once and never will be back ever again. I went for a quick shop w my 2 service dogs, and was escorted out by the manager, even after showing the Service Dog Badge. She would not accept the legal documents . She said my dogs had to wear a service dog vest. Anyone can buy a fake vest online and pretend to have a service animal. She was rude and ignorant to say the least. In accordance w the Americans w Disabilities Act of 1990, a person w a disability cannot be asked do remove his service animal from the premises. Any business that sells or prepare food must allow service animals in public areas even if state or local health codes prohibit animals on the premises. Refusal to provide equal access to people w disabilities w service animals is a federal civil right violation. Violators can be requires to pay money damages and penalties. I recommend Kroger corporate offices to educate and inform their employees to avoid future uncomfortable and unnecessary situations like what I experienced. I certainly will not spend my money at Krogers.

This Kroger is more like one of the nicer, larger bodegas that you would find in NYC than a midwest grocery store due to its small size and limited shelf space. If you want to stock up on an item on sale, good luck finding more than a couple (or possibly several) items of the same kind on the shelf. The layout in the limited space here could be greatly improved from what it currently is. Some examples of issues that could be easily fixed: Grocery carts and hand baskets are nearly impossible to find if you walk in through the street entrance, most people enter and exit from the parking lot in back but the checkout registers are at the opposite end near the street entrance, and there is a long olive bar near the deli (Why? You have so little space compared to most Kroger stores and you waste some of it on a fresh olive bar???)

The store in this location is run like a circus! Furthermore, the produce clerk proceeded to yell (with volume) at my wife about him being offended because she went a grabbed me to help her pick out onions. Additionally, when I went a retrieved the manager in an attepmt to stop the clerk from screaming at my wife, the manager told the clerk to take a break. The wife and I truly wanted sweet onions and not a confrontation.

Very cute and small Kroger. Thier Sushi chef is actually quite good. This location works for quickly picking up one or two popular items, but not for an actual grocery run, the selection is lacking to say the least. Nice and friendly staff, just make sure you have space to breathe!

Smaller Kroger than most. Delightful interior, though the layout feels odd. Selection leaves something to be desired. Ive had to make a second trip to another Kroger on more than one occasion for what I needed.

Great place to do all your shopping, with great prices. Staff are all very helpful and kind, dont be afraid to ask anyone questions. The lunch deli is fantastic with delicious chicken, hot and warm sides too.

Its convenient to where I live. The staff is so hospitable to me immobility EVERY TIME I get there they get me a mobile cart. They assist me getting into my car. The store always CLEAN and the food is fresh.

This store is fairly well stocked for a Kroger but is tiny and the aisles are always crowded. Parking is metered in the municipal lot in back. If you like cords of humans, shop here!
