This location is easy to get to by bus and has the addition of Matts bakery and a decent section for kosher options. It also has sushi. The overall organization is a little confusing for certain items. The self checkout always worked great so I could get in and out of the store, and back to the bus, without any hassle. My only real complaint is that multiple times I bought something and only realized after I was home that either the seal wasnt all the way closed on an item (cottage cheese) or it was expired by a week up to a month (lunch meat), which I should have checked, but should not have been out for sale in the first place. Just make sure to inspect your items.

This Kroger is a decent location with a solid selection, but it isnt one of the more premium stores with all the perimeter accoutrements that new Kroger and Giant Eagle stores are coming up with... It is, however, one of the only decent grocery stores I encountered that was easily accessible in a 4 mile radius...if you live or work nearby or you are out and need 90% of the grocery items you will be looking for, save yourself some time and just go here... If you need a lot of the outlandish items you can find in the bigger Krogers, there are a lot of ethnic groceries just to the south that have great selection of the more unusual ingredients.

I buy stuff here. They usually have the stuff I want to buy. Ive bought groceries here for a year and some change and theyve been a pretty solid place to get food. The bakery is good and they make alot of Jewish stuff since this area has alot of Jewish people. They have a entire section dedicated to kosher. I dont care if its kosher because Im not Jewish but I do love some good Jewish food and the bakery hooks it up.

A nice neighborhood store with great line of attendants. It would be nice to separate the returns section from other transactions such as money services. I had to wait in line for a long time with others who came to pay bills just because I wanted to exchange an item in addition to some newly bought goods which could have been done by a cashier.

I love this Kroger, the produce section is very well kept and the fruit is always fresh. The meat is my #1 reason that I visit this location. The nearest stores around dont provide the same quality in meat. The crowds are never too large and customer service is great even though they are majority high school kids.

I needed a turkey and was told they didnt order any but I could get a kosher one.. for $71.. no thanks.. who is in charge of ordering as this is not the first time I have gotten in my car and driven down the road to Giant Eagle. They also were extremely rude to a friend of my mothers… 87 year old women..

Want be going back they racially profiled me and treated me like a thug or criminal like I was going to steal something. I am filing a report with the better business bureau and the there company these racist practices must stop I will not be going there ever again in life they lost a good customer.

Oh Sherrie by the name of Sheila shes a used can cashier help me out so much I was having difficulties with my shopping and she made things so much easier to use scan kept messing up on me and she came over and help me out and I really appreciate it so I want to write this Krogers of 5

Everything was fine... Employees were very helpful and nice. The only thing I did not like was the employees that did the bagging. They were rudely talking about each other like they were in high school in front of employees. Besides that I wouldnt mind coming back again.

With a decent selection of food similar to most Krogers the biggest downfall to this Kroger is the over all atmosphere I will always prefer it to Amy chain like Walmart because the over all quality of store brand items, produce, and Deli meats is crazy better

Never has food in stock. Sunday at 9:00 a.m. I went to buy some Tyson chicken. They had nothing in stock. Always out of food. Sunday is a huge shopping day and they had no chicken in stock. whoever is ordering has no idea what there customers need.

The parking lot here can be a bit of a nightmare to get in and out of. It is quite cramped and sometimes it is hard to see around the corners for when cars might be coming. Inside, the selection is great, but it can also get a little cramped in feeling

This location has a small selection of organic fruits and vegetables. There is a deli, bakery, kosher bakery and liquor store as well as a vast wine section. The service is not horrible its just this location can get extremely crowded at times.

Really good organic selection and natural foods section too. The rest is only ok. Can be a challenge getting out of the lot if you need to head west on Broad St. Long lines when busy, even the self-check gets backed up at times.

The store entry is not well lit. Upon entering the store its not clean. It seems like they may doing some work on some of the racks used to keep food cold and it smells very bad. But I love Krogers and I hope they step it up.

In this general area it is best to go to this kroger because of the quality of work and diligence that is put into meeting your needs. The only down fall is the stock tends to run out a lot on more known brand products.

I got a dog yesterday. Went to Kroger for essential since its closer than Walmart. Found no dog collars, or leashes. Let alone a bed. I should have went to Walmart. Kroger always sucks and their prices are absurd.

terrible service over the phone, was on hold for a price check on tape for 23 minutes and 37 seconds. I also attempted using their website, lo and behold they dont have prices on their website. -.- seriously

Ill always prefer Kroger. This location on broad is small. Grocery options are good. Its good for those who shop kosher. It will be even better once the new store goes up across the street.

Its the closest store to me, very accessible via COTA but I will agree the customer service is terrible over the phone. Also occasionally 66% of the store merchandise is out of stock

In general a nice store, ease of access, friendly/helpful employees. Not as good selections as the Kroger near Capital Campus, but much safer. Great selection of Kosher items.

This is one of the worst Kroger in Columbus. Parking lot is horribly set up, customers & employees are rude. Only stop here for 1 or 2 things if its your only option.

Not a good choice if you are looking for meat (it is a Kosher store so all the meat is pre-packaged -- no butcher counter). Tends to be kinda unkempt as well
