I have been working on cars as a hobby for a very long time. I have been going to them for about 30+ years. They know there stuff when it comes to parts and will help you find that part. The guys behind the counter are car guys and if they do not know what you need someone else behind the counter will speek up. They have a descent inventory and a small network of stores. They are not those big chains but those big chain stores have nothing on Monument. There have been many times when they told me that is a dealer only part.

Super friendly service. Dude went out of his way to make sure I had the exact parts I needed before I left the store. Their inventory is also very well stocked too. Forget Kragen, Pepboys, and Autozone; Monument takes the cake when it comes time to buy new parts.

The employees here are terrible. They do not take responsibility for any of there actions. Horrible customer service and just rude people. I do not know how there are still in business. I just know, they will never get my business again.

Ive always received honest help/advice from just about everyone I have dealt with there. With about 4 other auto parts stores within about a mile of each other I prefer and will always go to monument first.

I use the Pacheco location pretty frequent. Customer service is friendly and fast. Definitely the Monument Auto Parts location to go to when your in need right off the freeway at that.
