Pretty standard corporate grocery store. At times it seems they dont have enough people working the registers. After 9pm it is impossible to use a regular register, imagine having to use self checkout with a large loaded cart! Unacceptable. Haphazard and messy environment with some goods, especially the clothing and seasonal items. Middle shopping aisles make no sense sometimes with categorization, it can be hard to figure out where something is located. They try to put some semblance of order, but it appears all other Krogers use a different layout per store, so if you are used to one, you will be lost at others. Meat is expensive. Beef especially. Chicken is usually priced fair. They do offer Berkshire pork, which is a plus. Dont buy discount fish, even after freezing it can be bad within a few days. Produce is great, and is always the best stocked and cleanest area. Bakery and deli offer some good choices. Murrays cheese is great on selection, but not prices. They now have a teeny tiny liquor store. Selection is low. Must pay separately. Cant buy other items from main store to combine bill. Last few times attendant was surly at checkout when I visited. Parking is atrocious, as the spaces are cramped. It appears employees park at the front, taking up valuable space. Cart corals trick you to think there is a parking space because they dont extend to the driving area. It is always filthy, no one apparently sweeps up the litter. This location doesnt have a gas station, which they could easily fit somewhere in the acres of unused parking that surrounds the building. Overall pretty meh.

My local grocery, thankfully its a good one. A few years ago the company kicked it up to a Marketplace with physical as well as produce/product changes. Theyve keep up and even though it seemed a bit odd to stock clothes its looks to have worked out. Kinda like some stuff Target may have , Ive got some work wear for the broad there, sweaters esp. Sox too. Jesus, dont forget Sox. Ever. Apple selection really good, up there with Luckies. Check their meat section for specials/sales. End caps dont get priced as consistently as everything else but thats more an industry thing. Im there so often at various times I may see this stuff abnormally. Plus I could ask

This place is huge and always busy during the day, it seems, but I never seem to experience the long wait times to check out that I do at other locations. The real reason I stop here, even though its not the closest Kroger to home, is that they stock kiddie carts--kid sized grocery carts meant for kids to push, not ride in. This makes shopping with my 5 year old actually kind of fun. She takes her job so seriously and it keeps her engaged instead of whining or wandering.

Generally a great Kroger. The store is typically well stocked and has friendly staff. Baggers can be dicey though. A lot of times they dont really pay attention to what they are doing and I end up repacking a lot of what they do afterwards. Generally plenty of lanes open and has lots of self service stations. Recently added a full liquor store as well which has a good selection. The housewares section has a lot of the stuff you might end up going to Target for at decent prices.

I had a really bad experience at the deli counter. A employee named Mary Ellen waited on me. She acted mad because she had to stop doing what she was doing to help me. Actually slamming stuff and acting a little bit huffy. When she approached me she didnt smile, say hello or anything. She was acting pissed and spoke to me like I was a pain in her ass. Not a good people person. Wont go back there ever.

EDIT: This location has been in rapid decline. After today I will not return. Service was terrible, store was a mess. There were a lot if people working but they were too busy socializing with co-workers to even notice customers. *** Past review - 4 months ago *** (Best Kroger location I have ever shopped. I LITERALLY have 3 Kroger locations closer to me and pass them all to shop here.)

Kroger has great produce, butchers, and deli. You cant go wrong here, prices are great, lots of deals! Dont let people talk you into believing Wal-Mart has the best deals. Its often times because they have companies prepackage the items to a smaller size so the deals look more attractive than they actually are. Try Kroger instead, much more customer friendly!

Good except for cashier who wanted to carry on a conversation with a customer that already paid and bagged up as I patiently waited for it to end. I finally had to tell her to save the conversation for off the clock at which time she got sassy with me, had to get the manager involved.

Great variety, great prices and friendly staff. Produce is quality with a wide variety. I can find just about anything in this store. Things are well organized and the aisles are WIDE, making it easy to shop. I continue to shop here even though there are other grocers closer.

This is my neighborhood market and main place to shop for groceries. Im very happy with the service and selection, but I wish they would cut back on the country music. My educated guess is that it isnt appropriate for the demographics of this neighborhood in Clintonville.

Love this Krogers. Its clean, and the staff is very happy and friendly. Since the Giant Eagle closed on Granville/Dublin its closer for me to go to the Krogers on Morse, but I like your store better. For my large shopping list I always go to your Krogers

They have a great selection for the healthy eater. There are lots of natural and vegetarian/vegan options. The only reason this isnt 4 stars is they are always out of at least one thing we go there for which is incredibly annoying.

Very complete store with a huge selection. Also offers a bank, jeweler and liquor store. For the marketplace, it has more of the clothing than home items/furniture but still has a little of those home goods.

I love this Kroger location. Their selections of cheeses, groceries and products are extent. I find what I need in one stop. Opposed to other Kroger locations that cause me to make additional stops. :(

Not very helpful staff but its a busy kroger, what can you expect. If you see a good sale take a picture of it and bring it with you to the register because a lot of the time sales dont ring up

Love this place! Maybe its just because I love Kroger. But this is a good location - its got most anything you could want (furniture, food, supplies, etc.). Easy parking and feels very safe.

We bank at Fifth /Third and the branch inside is open when others are not, including Sundays. The store is always clean, completely stocked, and the staff are great. Great meat department!
