The previous Acura dealership I used to service my MDX at on the East coast set a very high standard. Excellent customer service and a welcoming lounge, staff, and atmosphere. This location in Pleasanton has a lot of catching up to do. The lounge area is small. The girl, who I spoke to in Service today was a bit edgy. Her name is Isabelle. Prior to this, I was instructed to bring my car back in for a full day due to my battery needing replaced for the 2nd time. While under warranty, this is still a hassle for me. My battery was NOT in need of replacement. This facility had a faulty reading in their service department, a couple times. Blatantly trying to rip me off? If my experience today isnt improved, Ill no longer be returning, as its already on a bad note with this mornings scheduled call. Id also like to add that the employees, as a whole seem negative. When you walk into a facility you can feel the energy. This place has crappy vibes. The only smile I noticed was from the janitor I passed by on my way out of the restroom. I felt sorry that he had to work in that environment.

Highly Recommend! Ive been looking at a few cars for a while and one of my final two was the Acura RDX. We were in the area and decided to stop by to test drive it again. Nicole and Robert were amazing! Nicole was patient and friendly and made us feel welcome from the beginning. Robert is a pro and knows the cars inside and out. He was able to get us the best deal (much better than competitors). I ended up purchasing the RDX the same day. They both stayed late to explain the car, and Robert took me through all of the features to ensure I could personalize my new car. They also have an amazing selection on site (pretty much every combo of colors and packages- so many more than other dealers). I live in SF, but definitely recommend making the trip out to Pleasanton-- the staff was amazing, super helpful and informed (without giving any pressure). Everyone there was awesome. Ask for Nicole and Robert.

I had brake problems with an older model Acura and had taken the car several times to this dealership for a fix. It seemed that every time I visited they would find other problems including lower ball joints ($1600), front wheel bearings, etc. I decided to get a second opinion and to my amazement, the recommendations were unfounded. They were also unable to diagnose/fix a fairly simple brake problem (after several hundred dollars of expense trying). Their approach was to try different things (at my expense). In the end a tire installer (Walmart) told me the brake problems were caused by bad struts, tires were bouncing off the road causing inconsistent wear pattern, etc. which actually turned out to be the problem. I confronted this dealership on the false recommendations and they rechecked and admitted that they were incorrect. I no longer trust or recommend this dealership.

I have a concern regarding the customer service I experienced today at your store I went to Acura Pleasanton today We went there to inquire about some used car We met an agent name:"Helder" First of all he was reluctant to show us cars and asked too many unnecessary Qs We were asked to fill up a form to chk my credit information As we are new to this country, I asked him "the reason to fill up this form" The answer he gave was very rude "I told you more than 20 times about this form..." He refused to give any business card when we asked for. How ridiculous is this. He then offered us coffee, then mock of us for not buying the car but have the coffee. I believe its very rude and hostile attitude. I blv everything depends on good customer relationship, I regret to inform you that probably we will not visit the store again for bad customer service.

Bought an Acura TSX from Pleasanton Acura in November 2011. Got an excellent price, which no one could match and without much of a hassle. All I had to do was tell them the best quote I had. No hidden fees either. I would give credit to Glen Brown for all the help. He made everything real smooth and helped me with paper work which I needed to get my own finance. Unlike the horror stories one hears about the finance manager, Acura Pleasantons finance manager finished our documentation within 25 mins flat. We were not pushed to buy anything extra and we didnt. Now my car is due for a service and I have moved to Sunnyvale. If only I was near Pleasanton, I would have taken the car for the service there. Now I am looking for equivalent services here in Sunnyvale. I hope Acura maintains its standards everywhere.

I want to thank Acura Service Pleasanton very much! I brought my car in because the engine light was on and had them checking the AC. It turned out that the light never came up during the service check and the AC worked fine. They did not charge me anything, not even minimum fee. And they offered me two trips of Lifts service and a day courtesy car. And because the gas level was low when I brought in the car, they even filled up like 75% (they did test drive). And they even vacuumed the interior. I felt I won a small lotto! I cannot thank enough for their professional service and their courtesy! Much appricated!

I brought my NSX to Acura of Pleasanton a year ago...the service was great. Very professional. A Master Tech was assigned to change the oil and troubleshoot the CEL. I was impressed by him and the service. I was initially hesitant as NSXs are not too common to come into Acura Service shops these days. A year later: I called for another service on my NSX. Very friendly service coordinator female I spoke to, found me the same Master tech that worked on the car. Fingers crossed they take care of my car as they did a year ago...bringing the NSX in for A/C service tomorrow...

Today was our first experience buying an Acura. After days of negotiating price with other dealerships around us, these guys not only met but beat the price.... our sales person was Victor Banales and he was very professional as well as knowledgeable and most importantly he was honest and told us everything the way it was, he didnt sugar coat anything for the purpose of making a sale and we really liked that. I would most definitely recommend this dealership to my friends.... this is the beginning of our new journey with acura and we are glad we started it with this dealership.

We recently bought a 2014 MDX from Acura of Pleasanton and it was as best experience we have had buying a new car till date. There was no pressure, they took us on multiple test-drives and helped us find the color combination we wanted. We did shop around for price and Acura of Pleasanton matched the price. I would specially recommend Frank in the sales department. He was very helpful and upfront about everything. The finance department also was no pressure. We told finance guy that we found the extended warranty quote which was much lower than theirs but they couldnt match it.

I have bought couple of vehicles from the Hendricks dealership the most recent being an Acura RDX. I have been very happy with my interaction with the service department especially with Nick Shaffer the Svc Mgr. The performance of the sales team was also good but spotty (literally) where they actually sold a new car with grease stain on the interior - they offered to replace the stained part for me and I did not take up the offer as I wanted to drive the new car and not have it in the garage. I am looking forward to a long and satisfying relationship with Acura of Plsntn.
