Omg all star ford has been so compassionate and helpful to my needs. I have never experienced the amazing customer service i got from all star ford any where else. Robert Thelan in sales didnt just show me every car; he took the time to listen, observe and make the best suggestions for me. He personally took the time to follow up and see how my buy back was going and was very compassionate, even the day of my daughters birthday after dropping my focus off in services, he personally drove us home and stopped at the grocery store for us to get my daughters cake, (this truly meant alot to me) and it doesnt stop there. Ive experienced this extra step in service from every department ive encountered there. Even the service team was extremely compassionate, they made sure my family was able to get into a rental for our first family disneyland trip (which was scheduled before my focus mishap) i couldnt thank them enough for these little extra steps they took to take care of my family. I definitely recommended giving them a visit whether it be maintenance, service, or youre looking for a new ride. Their whole team is amazing, THANK YOU ALL STAR FORD ..1year later .. So I bought another new car from all star ford and let me tell you the level of excellent customer service is what keeps me coming back. This time i bought a 16 ford escape because we actually moved to Nevada and needed a vehicle thats snow ready. I had to say no more Rob Jimmy Jack Thelan knows how to go above and beyond for your satisfaction. He genuinely cares about his customer and will treat you like family. The sales manager Jay z works extremely hard to get a deal that works for YOU. I mean they really care about you, your needs,your family,and finances. Their customer service is unbeatable and i will continue to come to all star ford in pittsburg, Ca all the way from Carson city, Nv because this is how buying a new car and getting excellent customer service should feel, AMAZING!

I dont know where to start. I got their maintenance contract and at 55000 maintenance I took it in they told me my brakes were at 4 mm and could not touch them until they were 3mm they rotated the tires and did the maintenance. when I got the truck back it was vibrating at high speeds so I took it back they kept the car overnight and told me they rebalanced it and was running fine.When I got it back it was doing the same thing so I took it over to D&H auto and was told that that yr of truck needed road force balancing they also told me my brakes were at 3 mm but my rotors were fine . I got the balancing done there and the truck ran great took it back to Diablo ford for the brakes because it was covered under the warranty.Lance did change the brakes but ground my rotors down then told me they needed to be replaced and had to pay for them.after all said and done got the truck back and the truck was vibrating again at hi speeds again.Diablo ford sold and All Star Ford took over keeping alot of the same maintenance people now at 60000 I took it back for the oil change and maintenance to All-Star Ford also the engine light was on .it cost me 140.00 for them to check the engine light it was the thermostat that they say was bad and cost me over 300.00 to fix.when they took it apart they said there was a piece of plastic holding it open.Well I have never had to add any water or anti freeze because I took it in to them regularly so I am wondering how the plastic got in there.Needless to say I will not take my truck back there I will go to Walnut Creek Ford where they have much better reviews.

I had the worst sales and post sales experience of all time when buying a car here. First off the sales person was Trayvon, super corny and unhelpful. I had already made my decision on buying the car before even getting to the lot all i needed to do is test drive and then sign. This guy kept on asking so many questions when I told him I had already driven the car in another capacity and I decided I wanted to buy the car and kept asking so many questions it was ridiculous I just wanted to buy the car. I did not need anything I did not want to get to know him or anything Im very simple. The finance manager was super creepy and I just wanted them to sell me my car so I could leave and never come back except for my maintenance. Its taking them four months and I still havent received my license plate. On two occasions I left messages with finance manager and sales numbers to ask about my license plate and give me information on how I can do their job for them. Two times they did not call me back and I had to follow up twice on my own phone call. I would never buy from her again and I would not recommend anyone I care about my friends place they completely missed every point of service expected of them and I dont feel bad in saying that they should find different work or a new general manager. -5 out of 5 stars. PS Where are my plates? I need them for my job. You guys stink.

After visiting all the local Ford dealership in the Far East County I was very excited to be able to give my business to All-Star Ford. Not only did they get my wife the car that she wanted, in the price range I wanted, but their internet salesman Brian Perrigo was very easy to work with and honestly went to bat for our needs. He was able to get some equity out of our current lease and applied that to our down-payment, which in turn lowered our overall payments to a range that everyone felt comfortable. His communication was very transparent and at no time did he become pushy or aggressive. He even looked over my other Ford dealership quotes and educated me to some of the ins and outs of leasing. As much as I wanted to be able to lease an Explorer from my hometown Bill Brandt Ford in Brentwood, I am very pleased to give my business to All-Star Ford. Thank you to Brian and all the players at All-Star Ford who made this deal possible.

Purchased a ford edge with Danny.. well, Danny and the manager (I am blanking on his name right now) - really great experience. They worked with me, took their time, and had absolutely no pressure to buy my vehicle. Even the finance guy, whose name is also escaping me, was incredibly courteous and helpful. My grandparents were with me and were treated with nothing but respect, which really meant the world to me. I also had both of my kids there, and the play room made it pretty easy to get through the long process of purchasing a vehicle. I really appreciate everything they did for me - and even better yet I got AN AMAZING deal on my car. I will definitely return for another purchase through Danny. Ive never met a car salesman that made me feel like he wasnt screwing me over, but I found one, and will return when its time to buy another vehicle. Thanks, All Star Ford!
