I have been using Discount Tire for many years the staff of always being happy helpful and gone above and beyond and the prices have always been competitive. but this week they really went above and beyond when on my brand new F250 Ford told me that I had to hit a pothole and damaged my left front wheel and they wanted $1,600 to replace the rim and refused to do it under warranty, after I told them that I had not hit a pothole or anything else. Brad without hesitation stepped up to the plate and removed the tire from the rim and determined that the tire was bad, he then immediately called Michelin and arranged a warranty replacement and had it shipped overnight so that I could have it on my car by the next day in time for an urgent trip to Colorado. They also checked the other three wheels only to find that Ford had not balanced them correctly I believe because the tire balancing at the dealerships is always given to the lowest level mechanic or Apprentice whereas at Discount Tire you have people that are doing this balancing day in and day out. My tire pressure is what old checked and double-checked and my spare wheel put back the correct way up unlike Ford. All of the other staff were also extremely helpful and friendly Once again 5 stars from me

Let me tell you a little story about discount tires on Johns Creek GA, and why I had such a great experience buying from them. I went there to purchase new tires for my car, but they didnt have the tires that I wanted in stock, so they promised me that they will order them and that they will call me in less than three days. I waited very patiently for two weeks and I never received a call back from them so I went there to check what is wrong with my order. I was very upset to find out that the order never passed their system because of a rare problem. I was very lucky to be assisted by Brad which helped me to find and solve my problem all the way through until I was fully satisfied. My point is that every company sometimes makes errors or mistakes but a great company knows how to assists their costumes best when they do a mistake and discount tires is definitely a store which knows how to do it just right. I really recommend you to buy there. I am very satisfied with my purchase and if I need to rate this purchase it will definitely be not lower than 5/5 stars.

Worked with Chad this morning and had 2 tires replaced. Gave me exactly what I asked for at a great price. He also promised the work would be done in less than 1 hour and it was. What stuck out most is he was friendly, to the point, and listened to my request to take special care of my wheels. I dont like scratches on my wheels and asked him to have his techs take care. His response was very positive, said hed ask the guys to do a touch less mount, and made sure to speak with his techs. Before they started the work a tech brought a wheel in and showed me some preexisting scuffs - which was appreciated so we all were on the same page. They mounted the tires without issue and now have a happy customer. Will use this location again because of the professionalism and care Chad and his staff demonstrated.

Textbook on how not to run a business: For the car-savy people- This place over-torques the bolts and breaks it right off. They put the gun right on there and REFUSE to hand-tighten it first. And you guessed it, that means your wheels get scratched too. After the bolt was broken off, I was told it was my problem to deal with and shown the door with a new lug nut that was half the size of the broken one. I went to a place down the street to fix it, and when they heard where I came from, they laughed and said "Yeah we get 7-8 cars a week from them because they carelessly break the bolts off." Stay away from this place if you have custom wheels, or a nice car, unless you want those wheels to be scratched up, or to deal with a broken bolt.

Kudos to Brad and company. This is really only the second set of tires I have bought in my life but it was a very pleasant experience. Came in to talk about a slightly curbed tire and asked about some all seasons while I was there. Didnt try to sell me a tire I didnt need and was very informative about the all seasons. Although there was no sale that day, I felt good about my experience and called them a few days later to order a set of all seasons. To my surprise they had them in the store 2 days later! Scheduled an appointment and now I have a perfectly new set of all seasons on my car, that is customer service at its finest!

I highly recommend this Discount Tire Location. I had a crazy situation with my wife where she couldnt leave work and had a flat tire that needed to be taken care of. Well, Benjamin recommended me a great person to tow her car to the Discount Tire and once the car was there, he gave me great options to take care of the problem. I was so impressed with his attention to detail and professional courtesy that i decided to replace all four tires! He made me an offer that I couldnt refuse! Then, he offered to take the car back to her while she was at work. Great people + great products + great service= loyal customers..

AWESOME, SIMPLY AWESOME!!! Was on vacation and came home to my work truck parked at my employees house and all my tools at my house and the truck had a flat. My wife had a mini cooper so couldnt take the tire in to have it fixed. They came over and took the rim and tire back to the shop and replaced it and brought it back and put it on. When I bought the truck it didnt have a spare so I was kinda screwed. Discount Tire came through and saved my day. Thanks Guys!! Yall are the best.

I bought my tires from a different Discount Tire location in another state. Moved here and get my bal/roation done at this store. Very pleased with their service. The employees were professional and had the job done in the time promised. They gave good recommendation on the tire pressure so the tires wear equally. If you are looking for tires, go here. They have the best prices too.

Very friendly staff, competent service, and good prices. Unlike other places their warranty is totally worth it (and I never buy extended warranties elaewhere). If you run over something or mess up the tire they honor the warranty and fix it or replace the tire no questions asked - even if its your fault. Best place for tires.

got a chance to visit this store to have my tire fixed. I was impressed with the service, courteous and the fast pace of their working environment. I bought all my cars tires there and will continue to do so. by the way they did not charge me a dime to fix my flat. Hard to find good service places like this anymore. LT.
