I had to take a star off for the HORRIBLE customer service. I always find good pieces here but I am also always met with a frown and attitudes. If you are looking for a friendly face, this is NOT the place for you. If you are looking for more vintage-type clothing, this may not be the place for you. This store has mostly newer-styles. No dressing rooms, so where something fitted to try the clothes on over your clothes.

This is a great thrift store for seasonal clothing. The prices are ok. Though Ive noticed a slight increase over the last year. Selection varies by location. The major downside is the ratio of sizes. A lot more plus sizes then average.

The employees were very helpful and polite, the prices are reasonable and low. I love the fact they color coded tags and they have 50 percent off anything with the two chosen color tags. I love this store!

The price is a little high for a thrift store but you forget that when walking around, it is so clean and organized it almost feel like a family dollar or improved goodwill store.

This is the least good of the Value Village stores in the east metro. Not easy to find an actual deal here. Skip it and go to the VV on Memorial Drive, where deals abound.
