HORRIBLE!!!! I was a customer at the Goodwill in Owosso Michigan yesterday 6-13-2017 @ approximately 11:45am I was appalled at the manager Jo (female) at how very unprofessional she was not only did she stand and argue with a employee about break time in front of me and numerous other customers she then took out her frustration on a young girl who was exchanging items I had over heard previous conversation Jo had with mother and the little girl all was Ok about the exchange until the girls mother turned her back to deal with her infant son then the manager Jo seemed to bully this little girl after she had said the exchange would be fine another manager came out and told Jo that it was there on the receipt but Jo said there were no tags so she wouldnt and couldnt do anything about it. Jo refused to exchange the items for the little girl and then Jo kept the items behind the counter until the girls mother reached over the counter and grabbed them and told Jo that her daughter had paid for them they werent donating them and she took them. With managers like Jo I now understand why this Goodwill does so poorly. She is a very rude and unprofessional manager I have done management for many years and Jo is a very poor example for the employees of the Goodwill. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS GOODWILL. I will continue my business with V.O.A or the Salvation Army.

I only shop here on Sundays because of the sunday deals anymore. The broken and tattered merchandise is over priced and r he staff doesnt seem to have much pride in their jobs, granted it is probably a minimum wage pay, im not impressed. On occasion you can find a good deal, but overall...I dont really count on it unless its a sunday 70% off item.

3/5 stars due to the hours of operation have changed so I can only get there on the weekends (close at 6pm?) and their prices have went up quite a bit, but I will say the staff here is outstanding and should be commended for doing such a great job! Store is clean and smells good.

Smallest goodwill Ive been in. You can find some good deals hear, unlike some thrift stores most their prices are straight across and not by brand. So ALL shirts are one price, pants are one price etc.. definitely shop for clearance color tag and save 50%!!!

What happened to these second hand stores, charging full price for used. I used to love these stores they really help when youre tight on money. Not anymore, everyone trying to get rich off used items. How sad, thats not good will started as.

Bought an end table, the big guy with the glasses that helped me get it into my car broke it by shoving it in there, good stuff bad help
