i wouldnt recomend this dealer to my worse enemy bad service guy name jose want to made his sales at any cost he post cheap 300 on facebook when we get there to see it he waste our entire day runing some credit and bank etc and he came up saying car was not ready but while we were waiting he was going to approve us for the car then he show us a old cadillac el dorado and 2011 honda that was runing like crap he said that was all we could afford but we told him we want it the 300 then he said car wasnt ready and parts and repairs were going to make car go up and we will need 1500 down to get it all that was day one then he call us later night me and my friend were driving 40 min away and we were wasting gas and time also so anyways "jose" from sales call us saying he had another chrysler 300 and was ready to drive and he could it drive it home day one so we went back see the car we notice car was leaking oil then we told them about it so they took it to check and he made my friend fill some papers get the down payment money and made us wait until like 7 pm to come up saying car need it service and ball joints were bad need it to be repleced but he want the money so the next day will be ready that was all day one money down no car and we couldnt get total price until next day so day 2 at 4 pm my friend went there to see the car and try to get it then the price of the car from 6k went to 11k after financial almost double so he said he didnt want the car they were saying we have the license plates and all the paperwork so you can drive the car today but after seen total price friend back up and they said day 3 he would get his money back on check so 3 days wasted no car money waste bad customer service rest i let you decide

I called this place earlier in the day to let them know that I would be coming by to test drive a Mazda 6 in the evening. When I got there, the salesman sat me down and I could see the Mazda in the lot. He talked to someone else then came back to his desk and made small talk. I could tell he was delaying. They didn’t prepare the car at all and had to go out to jump it and then even had to bring out gas for it. I decided to give them a chance besides that red flag. We went out on a test drive and the car was shaking a bit. I pointed this out to the salesman and he said that it was probably because the owner installed custom wheels. I chuckled. When we got to a stop and were idling, I pointed out that it was still shaking. When we got back he pointed this out to his manager who did the usual “what can we do to get you to buy this car?” thing. I said you can make sure that the car doesn’t run like crap. He asked if I’d buy it if he put it in the contract that he’d fix it. How about you fix it before I even come out there and waste me time test driving something that isn’t good to drive? The salesman tried to show me a bunch of other cars but after knowing that I was being bullshitted to I left.

Listed a subaru baja on car guru, Facebook and their own website multiple listings so it appears like a new listing and they do not have the truck! We went in early June 2017 and called to make sure they had it to see, said yes its here and when we walked in it was not there. She offered to show us other trucks they do have when we tried to leave. They are just baiting people into coming out! Looked again now its on there again listed as only 18 days newly listed. Update: Thank you Ole Customer Relations manager for responding to my previous goggle review. However you should have spent more time checking out the website. This car is listed on Car Guru going on 40 days now, as if today July 30, 2017, has a price increase of $255 and, still shows NO ISSUES, 1 accident and the new details listed as the header states : Mechanical special: NEEDS A TURBO AND AN ENGINE Pretty fascinating that there has been a price increase on vehicle that has been removed from the system and sold at auction by Ole. I will never set foot on the property and furthermore will advise people against it. Shady shady shady

Regret not reading the reviews first! Its a horrible place and bad customer service!!!! Bought a gmc acadia not even two werks ago and already had to change some parts. We noticed that the suv had to b jump started before the test drive so we asked if it was ok they said yes. Ok we liked the truck price payment amount so we bought it. Within a week we had to jump start it rwice until we finally called the dealer they daid if it was the battery we could buy it and they would reimburse is the money, we got it and when we took the reciept to the manager he started with his bullshit about only giving us half the amount. We said no that wasnt the agreement and now two days later we find out the alternator needs to b changed. They knew there was setjimg wrong with it and did not mind to tell us they just wanted to sell the truck. Dont recommend this place at all!!!!!

Definitely do not recommend this place ---! I bought a pick up truck then next day my engine start make a terrible noise I went back to the ole dealer and they ask me to wait a full month so the extended guarantee will cover my damage..."damage?"they knew my engine was bad..! It been almost two months and the extended gauarantee only cover me 40 %of the repair..! I highly not not recommend this place ..! They are offering a extended guarantee because they knew all the junk cars in the lot are bad..! I wonder how those "ole" dealer still in business?...please do not buy any car here...! I have to pay for my 2008 truck to my bank $16,000 plus another $5000 for repairs ...! I will never recommend this place ...!!! And the sales man are so ignorant and stupid..! And tha lady called francisca never pick up her phone ....scammers its what they are...!!!

I was car shopping for my sons first car and decided to check out Ole Auto Sales after a friend recommended this place to us. It was my first time here and it won’t be my last. We were immediately greeted by a few friendly sales people whom helped us find the perfect car. Ole Auto Sales has a large inventory of cars all at reasonable prices and they are upfront about all the costs and conditions of the vehicles. The staff is very professional, friendly and were very patient with us. After looking at every vehicle in the dealers and test driving a few we finally decided to go with a Suzuki XL 2007. Francisca at the finance department went above and beyond to help us understand our loan. I had a positive experience at Ole Auto Sales and would highly recommend you go here if you are car shopping.
