This was my first car purchase ever! Before going to the dealership we already had a car in mind that we found on their website. A 2007 Honda Civic hybrid caught my attention and I was very excited about the car. We decided to go to this dealership because my extended family has purchased cars there for over 20 years. We drove out there to see the car. The sales person tell you everything you want to hear and assured us the car would be cleaned for us before it left the lot. I drove home and right away called the sales person to let him know once more about how disturbed I was about the "cleaning" they gave the car before selling it to me and letting us take it off the lot. My issue with my experience was that I was told the car would be cleaned. The sales person told us not to worry to drive back the next day and he would get the car cleaned for us. The next day I did take the car back. I showed the sales person the same yucky stuff I showed him the night before and I showed him a couple of other yuck. He said ok Ill have them clean it for you in no time. Mind this was the 3rd time already that the dealership had cleaned the car supposedly! Once before we received the car, the second time before I drove off the lot I pointed out some stuff, and third because I came back the next day. About 20 minutes go by then they tell me the car is ready. I go in to inspect the car and STILL the same yuck I pointed out since I purchased the car. I was disgusted with their service!!! I told the sales person about my perspective of the service that I was receiving and all he kept telling me is that its a used car it wont be perfect which I understand. I did not expect perfect but I do expect them to clean the interior of any debris!!!! There were food stains on the steering wheel dash board, sticky spots near the cup holders, finger/food smudges on the visors and the car was not vacuumed!!!! The second EXCUSE that came out of his mouth was that because I got an $800 discount from the asking price that they could not clean the car better for me since they didnt make much money from my sale. He said that it will actually cost them money to clean the inside of the car. I couldnt believe my ears!!! The car dealership received the car November 15,2015. I went to purchase the car December 21,2015. That is over a month that the car was sitting in the lot without being touched/cleaned/maintenance!!! Thats not even the worst part of this situation! The car still had the previous owners insurance card in the glove compartment when I went home!!!That is enough proof to me to show me how careless the dealership was with confidential information and proved that the car was not cleaned at ALL!! Honestly I NEVER received the service I kept complaining for. ALL I wanted was them to clean the car wipe it down, vacuum it and make it smell like a new car. Sadly that did not happen and I choose to leave. NEVER AGAIN will I EVER buy or refer this place to ANYONE! They promised me a clean car throughout the day and assured me everything would be ok and once I signed all the paperwork then you are not worth ANYTHING to them. Thats how they made me feel and thats how it still is after the fact. I would tell other not to trust this dealership because we obviously went to buy a car from a dealership because of the service and so there wouldnt be any issues and look where that got me!

I went there with my mom. We walked into the dealership and nobody came to greet us even tho they were not busy. Finally someone came to us and we told him we wanted to test drive the Corolla. The salesman pulled out a Corolla and rode along. He didnt say a word in the car besides giving us direction on where to drive. He didnt present the feature or anything. When we drove back to the dealership and we got off the car. He asked "so what u think?". And we told him we still wanna test drive other brands. Then he gave us his business card and said like "ok if you decide to come back, thats fine. have a nice day." Fine if you dont give a damn. My mom ended up buying a Civic from Valley Honda. A year later my Mother in Law went there with her sister shopping for a Scion for my Brother in law. They didnt know Scions price is not negotiable and they called me and ask about it. I told them my experience and asked them to shop elsewhere. They told the salesman they were just gonna leave but the salesman refused to give her back her driver license while keep convincing her to make the purchase. She told him she would come back the next day. Then the salesman said theyre gonna hold onto her driver license until the next day so shed come pick it up. Its like holding the driving license hostage...? My MIL really got mad and asked them to return her license immediately. Then they just threw her around telling her stuff like "oh were trying to find it. oh the general manager has it. oh the finance manager has it. oh another salesman has it. oh the janitor has it." Until my MIL started yelling loudly in the showroom demanding her license back and caught some of the customers attention. They finally gave her back the license and they walked. The deal is not done until the customer signs the paperwork. During that time a customer can just walk out whenever s/he wants no questions asked. What are these people thinking they have the right to hold onto a customers property? TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. And we ended up buying at the Toyota of Naperville which is 10 times better.

We drove 1.5 hours to get here and it was well worth the time. We had the best experience working with Cesar Meraz. He went above and beyond to help get us the vehicle we wanted. Will definitely go back again. UPDATE: While the sales part of this experience was wonderful, every other part has been nothing but an inconvenience. First when we did the financing the cost of plates registration and title were figured into the loan. I asked at that point why we couldnt take of these ourselves. Answer, Its just easier this way. Well, then the run around and mess started. We received a paper plate good until 5/2. On 4/22 we had to go back to the dealership for a different matter. At that time I asked Steve in finance when we could expect our plates. I was told not to worry that they would be here and if not the police dont usual pay attention to that anyway. Nice! On 5/2 I called because paper plate expired and no permanent plate was received. I will say Mike, sales manager and Bonnie went out of their way to get us a temp. plate until the new one came. I started to question the amount paid to the amount actually owed. Come to find out there are hidden fees when this is worked into the loan. $35 to the 3rd party company who handles this and $25 overnight fee to send paperwork to the bank. We were NEVER informed of this. Also since the 3rd party was late with title request WE had to pay a deliquent fee. Wasnt our fault. I spoke to Mike again on 5/12 at that time I was told "hed see what kind of package he could get together " for the inconvenience. He said Ill call you back later today. It is now 2 days later and NO call. I suggest you NEVER finance anything through this dealership. If not for financing and plates it was a great experience. Talk to Cesar Meraz if you go to purchase. WHY DOESNT THE OWNER REPLY TO COMPLAINTS LIKE HE DOES PRAISES??? I Guess instead of trying to fix the matter he just "sweeps it under the rug".
