I had gotten a loan from a separate company, and it covered the car I wanted. this car was everything I wanted. the dealer who was working with me was very nice, but botched my loan, because he put my new place of employment through, despite me telling him I started there only a week ago and had no pay stubs. He said he was "trying to get me a better apr by going through them". Then he comes back and tells me we couldnt finance more tthan 6,000 despite getting approved for 16,000, and now, because we submitted new employment info but had no paystubs, we couldnt use the other loan I had already been approved for because the bank they use and who I got approved for are actually the same. that means there was no need to submit my info to "their" bank because I had already secured a loan through "their" bank. when we pointed this out to him, he just kept saying I needed to put down a down payment, or get a co signer, and never once apologized for his actions, even after being caught. eventually, I realized he wasnt going to change his stance, and since I couldnt afford a down payment, and did not want to drag a co signer into a deal with people I no longer felt comfortable dealing with myself, so i decided to walk. I dont recommend this dealership to anybody. i went elsewhere and got a nicer car for a better price, saving my first car buying experience after webb auto almost killed it

What a great auto outlet that is easy to get to and convenient to maneuver around. They had a beautiful variety of vehicles that suited our small, but growing familys needs. Our associate, Sam was very friendly and easy to talk to. He answered each of our questions and made shopping for our family vehicle simple. We had to bring our toddler with us to shop for our new vehicle and Sam was even nice and patient with her, even with how "busy" and "spirited" she was. We are grateful for his help and kindness. We did not feel rushed, nor deserted by Sam and the company; but rather we felt that we were treated fairly and like we were worthwhile guests of this store. Thank you for this wonderful auto shopping experience; especially the exceptional customer service! And we certainly like our new car! Thanks again.

I came there looked at a car and Sam followed up with me and called me and was open to answer questions about the car I was interested in ,because he took me seriously I came in one day with out calling and purchased the car . He made the buying experience fast easy and comfortable ...thanks Sam and thanks to the staff at Webb outlet I will do business with them . He told me if I have concerns with the car to just stop in and he and the staff around him will do the best they can . That raised my comport level even more Im happy to get the 2007 Lexus that I had my eye on and he made that happen ..

I am very please with my experience today at WEBB Auto Outlet! I called into the dealership and spoke with Corey Taitt. Corey was very professional and assured he will do everything to help me. I am very glad I chose Webb Auto outlet because Corey Taitt helped me get into a 2015 Dodge Charger in under a hour. Fastest service Ive ever had at a dealership. Bottom line....In 2016 you can go and buy a car anywhere. If you shop online pretty much you can find the same price within $100... What you cant get everywhere is integrity and customer service. The Webb Auto family has shown me personally that the customer comes first. These days money is to hard to come by and buying a car is a major purchase. My family and I will atleast go to Webb Auto first when we look for our next car.

Had issues with the car, after many weeks they offered to fix the vehicle. They returned the vehicle a day later, although running Ive only had it back a day so Id like to wait a fair amount of time to gage the quality of the repair before singing any praises. I do appreciate Webb attempting to rectify the situation, and would like to note that they were very courteous and friendly.
