I had a great experience when purchasing my vehicle in February of 2017.... I was well aware that brake jobs were my responsibility so I held nothing against DriveTime when I was having difficulty braking at high speeds, or in slippery conditions. I assumed my rotors were warped due to the shaking braking would cause.... not even a week ago the brakes began to squeak, so I knew it was time to get new pads... two days later, they began to grind..... my car sounded like knives coming down the street. I couldnt believe they had worn down so severely, so soon after hearing the squeak.... nonetheless, I went to have the pads replaced... the mechanic showed me that the wear indicator had been pulled back and away from the pads!! Causing no squeaking when then pads were low. So I had been riding around for 6 months with faulty pads!! I came into the facility today and requested a copy of the service record, I was told they dont have them on the premises, and was told to contact customer service. Matthew, who i was told was the manager, has the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! He showed no concern, or empathy for my plight. He was arrogant, and condescending. No one in the facility showed any interest whatsoever, this is a serious infraction and I will not stand for it! I know the law in Illinois, and I know that even if Drive time inspectors and mechanics didnt actually perform the act of altering my brake pads, they are responsible for seeing that someone else did, and make the vehicle safe to drive. I am disgusted at this point, and I wouldnt recommend anyone doing business with this dealer. They are careless, and sloppy when it comes to ensuring the sale of safe vehicles, and clearly have no interest in the safety of the consumers who choose to do business with them. I wish Matthew had been the jerk he was today back when I walked in to do business..... please believe I wouldve walked right back out the door!

I initially took a call from the Midwest regional general manager, Braden, while at my day job he referred me to the manager and the sales manager at Hickory Hills location Barron who intern referred me to his senior sales men Connor. They took care of most of the requirements for me to buy this car over the phone which I really, really appreciateited and then once I came out to the lot my car was waiting for me the service was excellent I am very happy with my purchase these are some very good guys I would advise and recommend everyone to come to drivetime bypass Carmax thats just one customers opinion

Came in because I was in need for a car nd my credit is a work in progress, but I called and talked to Ron first nd told him my problem nd he told me up front what I need and it shldnt be a problem for me to get in a car. So I came in and talked with Ron and he took my info nd even helped me to get in what I really wanted because the down payment I didnt have, but Ron got my down payment lowered and I got into my Grand Jeep Cherokee...Ron nd the financial guy went through everything thoroughly nd I was extremely happy with how everything went nd what I drove off the lot wit.

Came here today distraught because it seemed like all hope was lost. But Matthew M. and manager Chad saved the day we came in hopeless and left out with keys in hand and a smile on our faces... My husband and i were approved on site and given an abundance of options as opposed to one or two from competitors... They were quick didnt waste our time and gave us many payment options... They went off of income and didnt discourage us becAuse of our lack of credit... We are very happy buyers and are Happy we decided to give Drive Time a chance!! Thank you soooo much!!!!

Karina was GREAT!!!! She was patient with me when I didnt have everything I needed and she was even nice enough to hold the car for me for 24 hours so I could run out and get all of the materials I needed to close out on the deal. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle with drive time at this location and I plan to purchase with them again!!! My experience with their customer service and high level of professionalism was great!!!! If you are looking to purchase a car, this would be a great place to start!

A very nice, pleasant, and polite Customer Service Representative, her name is Bobbie, in the Customer Relations Department for Bridgecrest, did a wonderful job explaining to me and helping me understand my concern. Karina & Linda are the best! Came into DriveTime thinking I would not drive out with anything. 1st person to greet was Linda with a very friendly and helpful. Had an appointment with Max but he was with another customer. Didnt want to wait so was guided to Karina and she was nerves at first being that she is a trainee. Came in with really no expectations of walking away with a car. And was nervous because Ive been turned away many times...but I must say Albert made the whole process painless. At one point I thought he would return and say he couldnt help me unless I had a cosigner but the whole opposite happened. I was approved and left pleased and satisfied with my purchse.
