This place is good for pet supplies but when it comes to grooming the customer service suffers. I have two dogs one pit/lab and the other Maltese/Pomeranian. Each grooming is over $70 and it was always a good hair cut however when it comes to accommodating their customers they suck! They tell you the cut will be anywhere from 3-4 hours with the lab its more like 1-2. Now they call you when the dog is done and expect you to jump up to get the dog once they do. I try to book my day around 2 crazy long appointments and if you cant be there immediately they freak and tell you you need to come because the groomer has tickets to a show and needs to leave or something. I pay good money to have my dogs treated well and to be treated like a customer. Its your job to accommodate me not the other way. If you quote me 4 hours dont freak if I expect to be there in 4 hours. Needless to say I will not bring my dog back.

My Groomer is Roseann from the Rocky Point Petco Let me just say she is absolutely fabulous!! My dog Bailey she is a Pitbull/Lab mix who has separation anxiety when it comes to my husband but Bailey loves to go see her Aunt Roe as we refer to her. Roseann is so great with Bailey you can see the love she has for my Bailey and Baileys love for Roseann, when I say to Bailey were going to see Aunt Roe she gets so excited. She is a great Groomer we are so happy and blessed to have Roseann as our Groomer!!! Bailey is happy which makes us happy. She lets me know if she sees something I should let my Vet know about. Roseann is not just our Pet Groomer shes part of our family to Bailey shes Aunt Roe. We love you Roseann and Thank You!!!❤️

I went in there with my girlfriend to shop for our new puppy. The staff was so helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. They have gained a customer for life. All of the staff members went out of their way to assist and answer our questions. The groomer, Roseann, came out and personally greeted us and our puppy wasnt even there! Paul spent about 25 minutes with us ensuring that we had everything on the puppy checklist. Such an incredible experience.

I had my dog groomed at the Rocky Point Petco and was very pleased. They originally said it would take about 3 hours for her to be ready and she was actually ready about a half hour earlier. She looked great when I picked her up. The groomers were very friendly, the place was clean, etc. I would recommend this place for grooming, and I will bring my dog back.

They dont always have the food I use for my dogs but they honored my Petco rewards since I went there to use my rewards and my food was out of stock. They gave me a coupon to use so that was great customer service.
