At first, I was very impressed with Mon Amie Fine Jewelry. The selection was amazing and their service was very personal. The owner wanted to know what I wanted and how she could help. I ended up buying an engagement ring from her with a appraisal. Very quickly after we got the ring (matter of a few weeks) and the band started visually discoloring. Mon Amie didnt offer anything except "Thats normal after a couple of years" and she can re-plate it (for free). Even she was surprised how quickly it happened. We did discuss switching the band to platinum. The relationship didnt work out about 2 months after I purchased the ring. I started a discussion with the jeweler about returns. She said there was no return policy and didnt offer any assistance on finding a way to sell the ring. I bought the ring to a few other Jewelers and they all offered low values (1/3 of the original price). To get a better assessment, I bought the ring to two different independent jewelers and both of them appraised the ring at less than 1/2 of the selling value. Their appraisal both had significantly more internal defects then the Mon Amie appraisal detailed. Very disappointed with the integrated of this establishment.

Absolutely love the friendly staff and beautiful jewelry at Mon Amie, it is always such a wonderful enviroment and they are so helpful. They always have or find me just what Im looking for, I love the personalized posh mommy jewelry and well everything else they carry! If youre looking for jewelry I highly recommend this store you wont have to go any where else and will be very pleased with the outstnading service.
