Aldis is a unique supermarket concept - small enough to be easily navigated but carrying quality products - mostly their own brands - that are very reasonably priced. Be sure to take a quarter with you. Park and use the quarter to "rent" a shopping cart (or bring your own shopping bag.) Use the cart to do your shopping, and at checkout all items go back in the cart - no bags are provided. Run the cart out to your car, unload into your own reusable shopping bags, then return the cart to the cart rack just outside the door to get your quarter back! The store brand products are generally very high quality - European dark chocolates, trail mixes, ready to bake pizzas, meats and cheeses, salad mixes, cereals, breads, pastries, fruits & veggies - you can do most of your food shopping and save money.

Very good products and produce, if sometimes limited. Awesome prices on almost everything. I swear I was saving a buck on every item, but actually I save 25 to 30 percent on every trip. Considering how fast grocery prices have been going up, thats huge! Very nice staff . I like its business model of efficiency and only stocking products that move the best. Can go online to make product suggestions and, considering the savings, Im happy to pick up a couple items elsewhere. But I almost never have to shop at other grocery stores. Aldis also stocks non-grocery items, which concerns me and I hope they dont have more of that, at the expense of grocery selections.

Just went shopping there yesterday and spent 30 bucks on the amount of food that would cost me at least 50 bucks at the grocery store. Most of their products are fairly comparable to brand names too. The only time Ive ever been disappointed is when I bought some fresh produce that wasnt so fresh. However they have a great money back /replacement guarantee. Only downside is you have to remember to bring your own bags and a quarter (refundable) to use a cart. But overall fantastic shopping experience!

Gotta love Aldi. Bring a quarter for the cart and steal some boxes for your groceries on the way out. Plan on spending about 20-30% less than Cub, 50-60% less than Byerlys or Kolwalskis. The store brand cereals and frozen pizza are name brand quality at half the price. The produce is hit and miss and they have what they have, so you might have to make another stop for particular items.

This was a busy Aldi when we went shopping here. Plenty of selection but it was raining heavily and packed w/evening/after work shoppers/families so the wide aisles became a bit congested. Not the stores fault. Our bad timing. Plus we went up and down every aisles looking at almost every item because there were more choices than our small zip in and zip out Aldi closer to our home.

Mayonnaise and chips that are tasteless for 50 cents less than the name brand version at Cub? = NO thank you. Good grief, thats silly- save 50 cents on something else, life is way too short. If questionably sourced food is your thing, this is your place. Ive never been sick from ground beef in my life - until I ate Aldis beef. BAD news.

Nice clean store and the employees are very helpful. Prices are very reasonable as well. One small issue though, and that is, is that the carts are very big and if you dont go through the automatic doors with a perfectly straight cart, youre going to get stuck... lol, the carts just barely fit through the doors, so watch your fingers

Its a no frills grocery store. You can get fresh fruits here and they have weekly specials on various fruit. One week it can be strawberries and the next itll be cantaloupe. You can be in and out quick so youre not lost in the traditional grocery like Cubs or Kowalskis. Of course youre not going to find everything you want here.

Great prices on everyday, "no-frills" groceries. Small, focused store vs massive, mega grocery store - makes for a quicker, less stressful shopping trip. Takes a couple trips to get accustomed to Aldi-type shopping. I have certain items I always buy there & look forward to the weekly specials.

Aldi is good. They have good prices on stuff. Most of the stuff taste just like the name brand. Got to watch the produce, sometimes its not do great. Some of the scruff you can get at trader Joes, just slightly different packaging and slightly lower price.

Love this site. They have a good selection of high quality foods and miscellaneous household items. The meat, produce and other items are very good...most of all, Im always surprised at how much food I bought for the low cost!

Great prices, good quality products (almost all of which are under their private label). They have THE BEST ice cream. Produce is usually at its peak and should be eaten same day or next day, but the price cant be beat.

I live close to Sun Ray in St. Paul and there is another Aldi which is very close to me, but I often go to this Aldi in Woodbury because the sore is very clean and well organized and workers are very nice and helpful.

Some great savings, plenty of the knock-offs that are as good as name brands. Be careful with the produce, sometimes it great for a great deal, sometimes it a great price on something terrible.

Normally give Aldi 4 stars but this place seems so busy that sometimes they are out of items or its a bit messy. Perhaps understaffed. Same great Aldis prices though.

The staff friendly and help. Other in the store rude. Pull up a cart in front of you. Walk in front of you as your grabbing something off the shelf or out of a cooler.

Aldis is great, location in snooty woodbury. One place where you can watch wealthy people shop in the poor folks grocery and complain about being there.

Great quality products at some of the best prices Ive seen around. Trivia: Aldis and Trader Joes owners are related.
