I got a car through them and yes its amazing with $500 down including insurance to drive off the lot. But what they dont tell you is that if you are late or have a financial issue, they have no compassion what so ever. I mean its Christmas time, I was hospitalized for 2 weeks and out of work and I tried to pay them what I could to catch it up and even on Christmas week they turned my car off so I couldnt get to work. I called and begged them to please not do that and they gave no effs what I was going through. On top of all of that the car has had electrical problems since the day I drove off the lot. No alarm button to stop the alarm from going off and the locks lock and unlock on their own. I caused an accident behind me because the car just shuts off when it wants to. Ive called them about this too and all they tell me is call Scottsdale. How can I get there safely and comfortable if my car shuts off while driving? Makes no sense. Isnt there a lemon law in arizona. I then, find out after I was rushed to sign paperwork the night I got it in less than 5 minutes, that they track everywhere you go. Invasion of privacy much? I wouldnt recommend this place to my worst enemy. Horrible place to go.

Horrible service, went here to get a car and had problems just a day after, take it to Scottsdale going out of my way because I needed the car for work, they took almost a week literally just to replace the brakes, they said they were gonna look into the suspension and the over heating, a day after I got it, its still the exact same, overheated on me while out, tried to return the car and get my money back, only to find out I owed more money, dont go here, they just take advantage of anyone desperate to get a car asap, seems good at first but they dont even check these cars and Scottsdale workers are the laziest guys ever who dont actually do any work, save your money, go somewhere else

Got the car a couple of months ago and it was working fine until today it stopped on me on the highway I love the car but I was told it would take two days for them to work on it which I have a daughter and have to go to work ,the man I spoke to in the service department was very rude and had a attitude because I was asking him multiple questions about my car being fixed ,customer service was bad other than That Shaq was very fast when he came to tow my car he was a very nice and made sure that my ride came before he towed my car.

Horrible because they gave me a dummy truck I have a 5 yr old 2 yr old n 5 my old went to the auto shop found out my ride is feet from a car accident he said "its a death trap" took it to get it fixed 3 times and still sounding the same...Im out of options Im a single mom of 3
