This place is the worst! I had a blown head gasket on one of my cars and when I spoke to them on the phone a guy by the name of "Chino" asked me what I was quoted by other shops, I guess to see if he can lure me in and when I told him he said he can beat that. So I took my car in and when it was finished he charged me double the cost he quoted me at. Upon looking at the invoice I saw that he charged me $125 for a head gasket! Theyre $30-$50, for that price he charged me I could have gotten a whole gasket set for everything. So he replaced the head gasket but didnt plug in several sensors and solenoids so my car was getting 3 check engine codes from solenoids not being plugged in. I fixed them myself and they went away. Then when I told him how he quoted me at half of what hes charging me he said he would take payments but he wanted me to sign a paper saying if I was late or didnt pay the car off that he would file for an abandoned title and keep my car. I was pissed because I know he wanted my car because he was eyeing it when we went in. I just cant understand how this place is still in business after all the shady work they do. Ive had several other friends who live in the area who have told me the same thing, "Oh you shoulda told me you were taking it there I coulda told you not to take it there" Dont take your car here, they do all sorts of shady work and this guy chino will just tell you what you wanna hear to get you to agree to get your car worked on and then hell sell your car to someone.

I would give this place zero stars if possible. I had transmission work completed at the titan automotive service department only to have my transmission go out after 3 months. When taken back to have warranty work done, they kept my truck for over a month. It took a threat of calling the police to report my vehicle stolen to receive a call back from them with the excuse they had been out of town. When I came to pick up my vehicle after calling to let them know I would be there, noone was there from the service department and it took a call from an employee from the dealership site to get a hold of the service manager. When I finally got the service manager on the phone, he told me he forgot to call to let me know my transmission had come back to the shop late and my car would not be ready for at least another four days. I took multiple phone calls to get them to concede to giving me a loner car until they finished my warranty work. Along with all of this, when the work was first done my truck was towed at no cost from Flagstaff to Chandler. When I needed warranty work completed I had to pay to have my truck brought from Flagstaff to Chandler. This place is terrible. Bad service and an excuse for everything they have done wrong. Stay away, this is a terrible company!!

My daughter 17 had a Ford Explorer she drove, I took it to Joe I had been usin ghim for years before he moved to this place they said it needed a new motor or I could have it rebuilt. I opted for the rebuilt. After we got the SUV back it still sounded worse than when I brought it in for repair. I had a Ford dealer look at it. He said the motor had not been rebuilt but replaced with a different used motor. I just paid over $1800 for the repair. I took it back to Titian and said I wanted it fixed correctly and left it there. Chino called me saying they would not fix it to come pick it up off their lot. I told him to FIX IT correctly... he laughed and swore at me told me he would have it towed. Well, he did and had a abandoned car put on the title and sold it and I had to pay a $500 fine thru the state and he got the profits from the sale and I was out the $1800, plus 500 and the money I paid for the Explorer.the year prior. A lot for a single mom going to school herself. THIS place give the used car and repair business a bad rap... DISHONEST, business practices and work.

I had recently been without a car, an i was in desperate need of a car, i had heard about how the crew at Titan Automotive in Chandler had helped out a friend of mine so i decided to go and seek out their inventory. Well i was not sure if they would be able to help me out since i havent had the best of credit, and the cars on the lot were in great condition, but sure enough they came through for me and i drove out with a car that i am very happy with, listen as long as you communicate to them what your working with like i did they can find options for you even if you dont think you have any. I didnt have a lot of money down but they also gave me time to come up with money while i was already approved and driving so if you dont at least check these fellas out your definitely doing yourself a disservice, i wanna say thank you again to the crew at Titan Automotive ill be referring you for sure and will be back again.

My younger sister bought a car with Titan Automotive. Upon driving it home, we observed that the reversing tail lights were not operational. In addition, after visiting a mechanic, we learned one of the tires was severely worn with the tread already separating. When we returned to the dealership to address these problems, the Titan representative used loud volume and a harsh tone to berate us. He insisted that he had no legal obligation to make good on the cars "pre-certified" status. Upon reaching a negotiating impasse he alluded to small claims court, proclaiming, "Lets go there! We dont give money back!". After much dialogue and haranguing, he eventually capitulated, acquiescing to resolve the tail light issue and replace the tire for a moderate fee. I would strongly discourage anyone from entering in business dealings with Titan Automotive.

well what can i say, i was in the market for a vehicle and i was referred by a good friend of mine to come and check out the staff at Titan. I had been looking for awhile for a vehicle that would be suitable for my family and had not seen anything out there that i felt was in my price range, until i met the staff and inventory at Titan. I would have to say that they are total professionals and were able to help me find what i want in a timely manner because who wants to spend there day car shopping. I was in and out in and able to enjoy the rest of my day with my family. The car has been great, and im completely satisfied, they also have a nice service department there and are going to help me out with a low flat rate if i ever need anything. So thank you to jeff josh and chino for being so helpful.
