Owner lied, refuses to return calls and ripped us off for $10,000 CASH. February of 2016 my parents and I walked in with $10,000 cash and after several hours, shook the hand of the OWNER who promised my seventy year old mother that the 2009 Hyundai Tucson we were paying for outright would be a good, dependable vehicle for me and my three year old daughter. He even threw in an extra three month warranty. There were some minor issues with the vehicle he promised would be taken care of. The door lock actuator (took five overnight drops over five months to have fixed in their shop) and the headlight were the only things they managed to fix in five overnight stays in their shop. My a/c still isnt working right, my stereo, a dash light for wheel control, tire pressure, alignment, and THREE days after my six month "warranty" was up they told me I was out of luck. Even for the things Id had it in their shop to fix and they didnt during the six month so-called warranty. I paid $200 out of pocket to Sundevil Auto to replace my oxygen sensor which should have been something they did before I ever touched the car. I paid $450 last month for fuel system flush and spark plugs that also should have been done before they sold it. But they didnt because it was too much work for them. Saturday my entire transmission went out. Left me and my baby stranded on our way to a church function. Its in the shop, were out of a car for three days and having to come up with $3000 for a rebuild. And the jerk owner hasnt returned any of my calls or my request via their website. Im calling the news. Save yourself, and your family the the heartache. Go to a real car dealership and not a local liar jerk that would rather brag about big fish than have a clear conscience and do good business.

I had a terrible nightmare with the salesman at thrifty car sales; they refuse to give me my down payment and make me and my daughter get a car that she did not like it but they refuse to give us the downpayment; at first they allow me to take the car without insurance and than make me a big problem so I can put more money on a down payment. Adam is trying to fix what the other salesman like David was very dishonest and a crook. They also sell me a car that had been in an accident, I found that out after the deal was over and they totally denied it. I end up replacing the whole front of the 300 and LLC. The other sales man were very cocky and unprofessional and rude. I will never ever send someone to that ugly place, it was a nightmare. When I changed my mind of buying the car, a salesman got so angry, went outside and start cursing and taking his shirt off and throwing it on the floor, he was very angry and when I reported the big crooks did not do anything about it, it was ugly and we dont deserve that type of treatment and being forced something that we dont want or cannot afford it. I was very dumb for going there, I thought I found better deals, but instead it was so much stress and dishonesty.

We LOVE our Dodge Truck!! When we went in to meet with Nick, we knew we were out of our league on the truck we really wanted. (Nick goes over and above to match people with the right vehicles, even if its not on their lot at that moment.) Anyway, he convinced us that even though we were recovering from bankruptcy they could get us a better interest rate and we could afford more truck, meaning the truck we wanted. So, we let them try - and first let me say I was thrilled that my credit was not binged with over 20+ banks like Ive had at other dealerships; and second, when the finance guy tells you that the loan is yours and who your lender is and what the exact amount is going to be - ALL before you leave - can I just say, WOW! Because of past experiences, and news stories I was really worried and didnt believe the truck was ours. I waited, worried, for just a bit. However, within a few days I had the information from the bank and it really was ours! We are thrilled with Thrifty, and their staff is wonderful, and they really do come through - even when you think its impossible. Great job guys! Thanks for making it happen!

Avoid this place like the plague! I wish I would have listened to the reviewers on here before I purchased a vehicle from here. I bought a car that was a total piece of garbage. Adam Goldring the owner told me he has no problem exchanging it if I am truly not happy with it. So after 3 weeks later and few check engine lights later, I bring it back. These thieves try to take this car in a trade and offer me $3000 less than what I paid for it! Then on my new paperwork, there is nothing that reflects my trade in on the original deal. So basically they STOLE my car that I came with!!! They are thieves, lairs and scumbags. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! LISTEN TO THESE REVIEWS! ITS ALL TRUE! I WILL BE GOING TO THE BBB, ATTORNEY GENERAL, CAR DEALER ASSOCIATION, THRIFTY CORPORATE, COUNTY ATTORNEY, THE CITY OR WHEREVER I GO UNTIL I GET THE MONEY FOR MY ORIGINAL TRADE! Adam Goldring, I do not know how you sleep at night nor look at yourself with any form of decency. I know I couldnt look at myself if I stole from hard-working people.

Went to Thrifty as a first time buyer with zero credit. I purchased a 2006 Chevy Colorado. As a part of the deal Thrifty did an "inspection" and the vehicle "passed emissions". I received a 2 years registration and tags in the mail. 2 years later I went to renew my tags. I went through emissions and the waiver facility. The waiver facility tells me that the VIN number in the PCM doesnt match the VIN on the dashboard of the vehicle. Hence, I cannot pass emissions. Now my vehicle is useless and not drivable. I took the problem to Thrifty to give them the opportunity to make it right. Then, I got a call from Rob telling me that I must have installed a new PCM after my purchase and its something I am responsible for. Now I am out $9000 and dont have a vehicle to drive. NEVER shop here. Adam is the owner and he is a snake. Very sketchy and unprofessional. I cant believe this. I guess Ill see them in court.

STAY AWAY!!! I did an inquiry online and shortly after received a call and talked to the salesman that said they had the car I was looking at on the lot so I set up an appointment for half an hour later and went in. When I got there that car was no where to be found and another sales man told me they sold it weeks ago and the sales man I spoke to on the phone proceed to try and sell me a different car for almost twice as much by definition this was an ILLEGAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!! Pros: NONE Cons: where do I start this whole place is a con! There are now prices on any of the cars they dont even have the cars that are listed on their site and now they continuously call me saying they have the perfect car Im looking for. Save yourself the trouble and headache and just continue driving dont even stop to look!
