Bad BAD experience!! Never buy a car here. They are the lowest of low. We lost $4500 after the salesman Bob talked us into paying it up front. They expected us to pay $500 a week for 9 weeks! We did. We learned from that mistake! Then on the last week, they expected us to pay $500 plus a payment. We couldnt afford it, so they said they would put it on the end of the financing with no fees. Our car war totalled in less than a year when a college student hit us while we were stopped at a red light.They then told us that we owed money because we didnt pay the first payment. We were not given any notice that we were late on anything!!!However, when the car is totalled, we owe a payment and a $10 late fee for every week it was late. Yes, this is how these people work! We are out $4500 plus theyre trying to make us pay another $481.64 in payments and late fees. They are crooks! Dont trust this lot ! They go by 180 Auto Sales as well as Ax Auto Sales.

This place is horrible, they said I was denied, but promised they would keep the car till I had no other options. I saw three other people want the same car. So I then had my husband and father in law apply, which if a big nice dealership said they where approved and I pulled there credit myself on my computer I saw they would be approved, there exact words where " I do not know what to tell you hun" What do you mean by that? I can not help you.. Which makes no sense, your lobell financial bad credit people said no.. .Bull you already promised the car to your aunt, there family came in wanting the car and they promised since I was first I would have a chance no.. I am sure you aunt and niece begged you and now you are not giving my family a fair shot.. I agree, no one came out to help me, I had to go in, horrible customer serivce.. they are shaddy and horrible small and nasty do not go here.

Axe auto is to the point and very reliable. I had a little issue with the coolant reservoir a few months after buying my car there (its 10 yrs old) and Sun Devil quoted $1700 to fix it. I took it to Axe and walked out of there 30 minutes later paying $75 flat! The mechanics are awesome too. Also, yes its small. ..nowhere to sit really to watch T.V. and lounge but if you want a reliable used vehicle and be taken care of if anything goes awry, they dont mess around! Id refer anyone looking for a good deal on a used vehicle!

ZERO STARS. Absolutely the worst customer service. I bought a convertible from these guys a year ago with the promise they would fix the top that was not functioning when i purchased the car, My fault I guess for trusting them. The owner, Bob is conveniently never there when I call and hasnt return my phone calls for over 6 months. Here I am a year later with a non-functioning top. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE.

A surprisingly pleasant experience. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and not one bit pushy. Let us take our time and did NOT hover like a flock of hungry vultures (like some OTHER car lots I can name). Once wed made our selection and I mentioned the poor performance of the AC, they arranged the installation of a new AC compressor at no extra charge. What a great bunch of guys!

My friend is triying to buy a car from them and now has been in 3 different cars they sell nothing but lemons and there warranty should tell you this 5 days or 500 miles buy a car from cragslist its more dependable this place is a rip off I wouldnt have even given them one star if I could have dont buy a lemon from them!!!!!!
