NOTHING BUT SCAM & LIARS. First of all to Jim, I was always early on my payment!!! So dont even act like that. The day after I got my car the check engine light came on. I couldnt even turn my heater on without having the windows down which defeats the purpose because you can just smell the Exhaust.. I took it in they "fixed it for free" got it back and low and behold a few days later guess what turns on again? Same thing, you could still smell the exhaust. On top of all this, they never fixed the code thing you have to have so it shut off a week before my payment was even due. So the next time I brought it in they "fixed" the exhaust and "fixed the code thing" Well guess what wouldnt start the next morning? I was late for work because of them which is strict where I work... Like they care... Well we bring it in, wasting all this gas on something they should have done the first time. . Get it fixed again both problems but yet the check engine light comes on again a few days later.. Really???? I cant believe the lies, the fakeness and especially how B**chy the receptionists are... No one cared and when I called them all they say is they do their best and bla bla bla... I KNOW FOR A FACT THEY ILLEGALLY SAFETY & EMISSIONS THEIR CARS & THAT THEY RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT!! I WILL TALK TO THE RIGHT PEOPLE ABOUT THAT. BUT ON TOP OF THAT PUTTING MY DAUGHTERS LIFE IN JEOPARDY IN A CAR THAT HAD 3 FUEL EXHAUST LEAKS(LEARNED THAT FROM TAKING IT TO A REAL MECHANIC) I HOPE EVERYONE REALLY READS THIS AND STAYS THE HECK AWAY FROM THEM!!! I HOPE THAT THEIR BUSINESS GOES UNDER AND IF I HAVE TO BE THE START OF AN INVESTIGATION SO BE IT!!!

I now have 2 vehicles from these guys, they are really easy to work with and there is no bull. I just went through a chapter 7 unfortunately and was getting the runaround with Larry h Miller, they had screwed me once before and I know by the way they where talking they where going to do it again. but I decided to call Rocky mountain, I told them my situation, they simply said "We Can Do That!" I took a lunch went down there as was out the door with my new car in roughly 45 min, I have had that car now I believe 6 months and have recently purchased a 2nd one from them. there cars are not the piles of junk that most "buy Here pay here" dealers have, they are actually in really good shape! I work on cars for a living so I would know! they also come with a 2year 24,000, mile power train warranty! there interest rate isnt that great but comming out of a bankruptcy what could I expect. I would recommend these guys to anyone who has just gone through a bankruptcy, or has had financial/credit issues in the past

I have never dealt with a better dealership!!!!! The first vehicle i bought from them was from their lot in Ogden and the salesman Kelly is and was a very great guy to work with. I walked out of there with a 2001 gmc jimmy. In the three years i had it the only issue i had with it was the fuel pump and they held up to their warranty about getting it fixed. I then traded in my Jimmy after talkng with Troy (the owner). He went and found me a truck and Im extremely happy with it. Once again this dealership and the people that work there are amazing people...troy for running a great business, kami for being such a very pleasant person to talk with on the phone when Im making my payments and everyone else that works there that Ive ever talked to has always been very helpful! Ive been to plenty of other dealerships and i guarantee that i will be going back to them for as long as they remain open!!!! Best place to do business with hands down!!

Ill be honest half of these people writing bad reviews probably had a bad experience due to a repo or because they couldnt pay on time. In all reality any dealership that offers in house financing will have bad reviews due to the fact that they are very willing to help people in bad situations out, but sadly these people dont learn and blame the dealership for their problems. Im going to give a thumbs up to this dealership. Being in a bind after having a car motor start knocking right after i got it I had a repo and my credit was horrible. They were honest, the salesman even stayed after hours to get me a car. I HAVE NEVER HAD A SINGLE PROBLEM (because I have never even had to put a payment off and usually paying early.) I truly respect this company and the chance they give people in binds. I will be going to pick up my second car from them tomorrow.

WORLD CLASS CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH UNPARALLELED INTEGRITY. Ive bought two cars and a truck from Troy at Rocky Mountain Motor Cars and hes been wonderful! Im aware that ALL cars break. When I had any mechanical problems, Troy resolved them promptly and professionally. He always kept me in the loop. Tonight, I was looking for their website to find a van. When I saw the negative reviews below, I was shocked. Ive sent several friends to Rocky Mountain Motor Cars and they echo my sentiments. I hear their frustration but dont understand their bitter attacks on his business practices. I can only express my experience with Troy and his team at Rocky Mountain Motor Cars. My experience is that they treat me fairly... like family. My only regret is that I cant give them 10 stars.

I loved the service. They let us shop around and there was no pressure from the sellers. They let us test drive lots of cars on their lot and we went off by ourselves so we could really talk about it without the pressure of a sales man breathing down your neck. I would recommend this place to anyone. We have had our car almost a year and it is still running great and we love it! In response the other review if you get it in writing they have to hold to it. We did buy ours from Troy and we have it written that we have lifetime free labor and just need to purchase the parts and while they might jack up the cost a little to cover their labor it is still cheaper than going to someone else.

I have bought my last 3 vehicles from them and they helped me build my credit back up. I bought my first vehicle from the Ogden location and Kelly was amazing. My next two I bought from Troy and the gang up in P G and I will definitely go back for all my cars and trucks. Kami with Timberline financial is awesome and has helped me stay current on my payments even through two layoffs. You really couldnt ask for a better group of people to work with. I used my warranty and had to have my car towed into their shop and have the fuel pump replaced and they totally worked with me on paying the $200 deductible. I recommend them for anyone buying a car good credit or bad they take care of you.

This dealership is one of the rudest and most unpleasant companies that I have ever done business with. I bought a car from them and they act like they are doing me a charity by selling me this car that has had multiple issues and has been in their shop many many times for issues that keep reoccurring. I have had an issue with the car almost ever month since I bought it and when I call to have it fixed under their "WARRANTY" they are rude, insulting and belittling to me. I have made my payments on time and yet they are still unable to fix the issues with the car! Their OWNER Troy is the rudest of all. I would NOT recommend them to anyone!!
