I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO! I walked up to the cash register with 3 pairs of shoes. I got two shoes with their buy one get one half off deal. The cashier then told me that if I signed up for emails etc. I would get points towards my next purchase in the amount of $10, So of course I signed up. Then she said it would take anywhere from 24-48hours for me to use the points so I must wait 2days. I came back to the store 3days later (72hours+) with a coworker to buy the third pair that I had already picked out. It came time to check out and I was utterly embarrassed in front of my coworker. The cashier asked me for my email and started "looking up the points" after some time she asked me to use my phone to login on the website to find my points and an E-code?" when I couldnt find what she asked she collected my phone to put in the information herself, then after about 10 minutes of confusion and rubbish, she wrote down the customer service number and told me to call them to ask for my points. By the way, this was the same cashier in the store 3days ago that told me to wait and come back. Not once did she apologize, she recognized who I was and was even counting the number of days since I was last in the store. I simply DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING LIED TO! I waited 3days (72hours), drove 20mins from work, and brought an additional customer to buy more shoes. I definitely would not be back here. If not for their lies, I would have bought the shoes that day and all of this would have been avoided.

first off I love sketchers shoes they are so cozy and good for your feet ! I had to buy some boots for work and sketchers is where I wanted to get them ! I had such great customer service from Katie she was amazing!!! u dont run into employees like her everyday! I hope she gets a raise !! lol she made my night !!

This place is the biggest show stote Ive ever Been to. They have an average size of clearance nothing bigger than the norm from normal stores. The average price are normal to other retail stores. I though since it was a huge store it would have beyter pricing. I give an extra star for the selection on shoes.

This store is far larger than outlet store in Tanger outlet at Park City. They also has more kinds of shoes for men, women, and children. Price of clearance items are very reasonable. However, staffs are not friendly.
