Would give zero stars but I cant. Went to the Layton Hills mall location today. My daughter looked around and I sat down with my infant son. One employee just wandered around looking lost and at one point stared at the wall, ignoring us. Then she began putting shoes away while we sat there. The other employee was assisting at the counter. Once she was done, looked at me and just stood there. I looked at my daughter and then a guy walked in and the female at the counter immediately greeted him and asked how she could help. Are. You. Serious. My daughter and I walked out. Found the shoes she wanted at Vans, whos employees were awesome. We have three daughters we buy for from this store several times a year and they buy their own when they have money. I have never seen this behavior in any of your locations until today. Im extremely disappointed and will avoid this location. Customer service should be better taught to these two employees. Our purchases help pay their wages.

Awesome experience! At the end of a long day school shopping for our 3 kids, all we needed were shoes. After going into the vans store and being ignored we rolled into this location. As soon as we came in the associate (I didnt get her name) asked how we were and how the kids were. She imediately asked the kids what they were after, and proceeded to get what they wanted, and other things they might like. We ended up buying a couple pairs of shoes, backpack, socks, and shoe protectant. Couldnt have asked for a more pleasant experience. Thanks!!
