I am phenomenally disappointed with the DSW a company. I win in today with the intention of buying 2 to 3 pairs of shoes. DSW has marketed themselves as a discount shoe store. Are they discount??! NOPE!!! Not even close. I grabbed a pair of Converse for my daughter, size 9, DSW price - $35.95, converse price from their own website, $19.95!!! Then I looked at a pair of vans for my youngest son, DSW price, $40 claiming an original prove of $45 with a $4.05 savings. NOPE AGAIN!!! Same shoe from vans website, $35! EPIC FALSE ADVERTISING FROM DSW!!! I will never buy here again! Bottom line peeps, do you shipping research and if accompany is going to be so phenomenally dishonest, dont shop there. Theyll learn their lesson or go out of business! I HATE LIARS!!!

A shoe lovers paradise. Shoes are organized by styles with available sizes with sample displayed. My favorite is viewing shoes that have been discounted. I always find something. Stafff are pleasant and accommodating. Store is kept clean. They also sell purses and other accessories including jewelry, stockings, hats and scarves.

Not sure why but I always found myself at the DSW in Chandler but I stopped here the other day with my daughter and I think this is my new favorite shoe stop! We found so many cute things and the staff here was very pleasant. Good sales, clean organized store and great selection. What more could we ask for?

Stopped by this location for the first time this evening for a new pair of sandals (because although summer is over, we are in Arizona, right?) and oh my! So hard to leave without purchasing everything! They have such a huge, awesome selection. Doing my kids shoe shopping here from now on, too!

Very friendly employees. If there is ever something they dont have in my size, they go out of their way to help me find it in another store or ship it to my house. Their prices and sales are always fantastic.

Reasonably clean and organized, poor mans selection. The staff was quite friendly, though. Maybe the ladies will have better luck since 85% of the store is devoted to womens styles.

No one to help on the sales floor. But if you want a variety its here. Prices werent all that good. I previously bout a pair of Asics at Famous Footwear and they were cheaper there.
