Guess youre forced at give at least 1 star rating when its deserving of 0. Went in to Purchased Land Rover Range Rover September 2nd after receiving an approval letter from Capitol One. Initially spoke with and had an appointment with Devin. Once there and multiple visits never seen a Devin. Greeted by fixated smile Ray. Explained what I want and whom I wanted to finance with. Offered to show e-mail from Capitol One but was told he had all my information. Explained also that I wasnt putting an money down. After hours of waiting and me asking how long more, fixated smile Ray ask if I was ready to test drive and the bonus was that my payments would be under the amount I wanted to. The catch was I needed to put down a thousand. Reminded him when I initially arrived explained I wasnt putting anything down. Finally, he was able to get $200 from. (Not knowing this payment would be sent to Capitol One as initial payment to lock me in the loan so that Capitol One would cut them a check for the asking price of the vehicle). Test drive. Air didnt work in 100 degree weather. Tire light on and brake warning sign. Ray, says dont worry we will get it fixed. Fast forward to signing paperwork. Signing documents asked about the repairs promised. Finance guy clueless. He calls Ray in to see whats going on. Fixated smile Ray says, dont worry we will take care of those items. Finance guy says, it will just an add on. Ray leaves to go get air fixed and take care of brake and tire light. Finally I drive home. Next day. After driving a few the morning, the air stops working, the tire light came back on, and alert about the brake pads. Immediately, e-mailed Ray. Ray replies back telling me to bring in the vehicle after work. Fiance and I drive vehicle back to be told I had to bring my truck back during the week. This could have been explained in e-mail instead of driving 45 minutes to be told in person. Arrived September 12th due to work schedule. Walked in dealer at 10am and waited an hour to be greeted and helped. (Several staff members walked past me and said nothing). Gave finance guy emission paperwork and Nemo took my key for repairs. Around 3pm told what needed to be done would require an additional day and I needed to pay a portion of $400 and would have to leave my vehicle. Asked for a loaner. Nemo states they dont do loaners. Furious!!! 1st off why was the vehicle on the lot to be sold before making sure everything could be checked off as ready to sell! Now why am I part of the financial equation when these were pointed out in the beginning! Left went to the bank withdraw the $400 & waited on fiance to take money back. Gave Nemo the cash in hand outside dealer door and was provided a receipt when asked. Instead, texted him confirmation of receipt of $400 cash received. Also asked for copy of repairs completed for my records upon pick up. Drive out the next evening to pick up my truck. Asked Nemo for my receipt and work order of repairs completed. Nemo didnt have and asked for my e-mail address to send. One night, second night, third night no e-mail. Today, October 28th, still no work order, brake pads and rotators not changed as initial verbal conversation. Week before paper tags to expire, I called to ask about hard plates. Told person in charge wasnt in. After couple days of being played with and ask what state my truck is suppose to be registed, I asked to speak with GM. Offered to speak with Ace. Explained issue to Ace and assured I would get plates by the next day. Two days later received a call that the DMV site was down. Couple hours later, received call that my tags were ready. October 27th received a car from Capitol One to give a review on my truck buying experience. Explained all. Not happy and wouldnt recommend to make enemy if I had one.

This was a complete waste of my time, energy, and gas. I was sent here by the other company, Merlex Auto Group who needs to be put out of business, and I was told that I would only be here 30 minutes and be in the car of my choice. This couldnt be further from the truth. After I pulled up and realized that this was the same shady car lot that screwed me over a few years ago under a different name, I just decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. I was greeted by an employee who was more into the TV than seeing to my needs. I told them Bola sent me down and that my paperwork had been faxed down prior to my arrival. My paperwork never showed up and I had to do a credit application all over again. I was then seated with Daniel who just tried to overtalk me the whole entire process even after I told him that Ive purchased cars before and knew just what I was talking about. He took me out on the lot to see the available inventory and even after telling him exactly what I wanted, he still tried to talk me into something else and even questioned my choice as though I couldnt afford it. An hour and a half later, I was being told it would be 10 more minutes, and I was told this an hour before. In summary, only go here if you want your time wasted and you enjoy being frustrated. Thank you, but this place NEEDS to be shut down and the lot needs to be paved over and rebuilt by another REPUTABLE dealership. Updated March 7th: After reading the response of the management, and seeing that the response was untrue - which is to be expected from a below-average place of business - its clear that you all dont read the reviews of the customer thoroughly. How could you possibly say that what I wanted & what the bank wanted were two different things? Mind you, you did NOT have the opportunity to provide me with a response from the bank because I left due to how much time to process was taking. You had employees whod rather watch the game instead of trying to assist potential customers. I maintain that your business needs to be shut down. Ive since taken my business to a more reputable dealership who was able to meet and exceed my needs. I strongly recommend anyone seeking the purchase of a vehicle to overlook this place. Its not worth your time or energy.

They have black women calling customers to get them in there then when you get there you are faced with a room full of Spanish men whos only intention is getting whatever money they can.. let me further explain.. my car was wrecked it was a total loss so I sent out fillers on the Internet so that I could buy a car. Soon after a representative named ebony called me and told me to come in that she could guaranteed me a car that day she specifically said that I would not leave the lot without a vehicle. Fast forward I ended up going with another dealership because the dealerships location was extremely too. However when I got my new car I realize that maybe I shouldve went with unique auto import so within the 30 day time span of getting a new car ebony Allen and stated that they could help me get out of that car and into one of their I stressed to her that the loan might be finalized is she sure is she stated that she was very sure so I traveled all the way out to the desert a.k.a. Dumfries to go to this so called Car lot when I got there all they had was Nissan on the lot they had no luck Sharee cars at all just basic Nissan SUV and some other random, there were no luxury cars again I repeat no luxury cars on this lot. Once I got there filled out all the information they would I had to do just to find out that my loan was finalized which I already knew however I was told that they could help me that is the precise reason I drove all the way out to that place however once the representative found out that my loan was finalized he wanted nothing to do with me or nothing to do with business even if I wanted to buy a second car he would never get my business because soon after he found out my loan was finalized and that he probably could not help me he dismissed me as if I could not possibly bring in future business. Overall I would say that this company does not value customers they dont value walk ins they just literally want your time. If I was told the truth then I wouldve never in 1 million years drove all the way out there just for them to tell me something that I already knew it was a complete waste of time and I do not recommend anyone doing business with this establishment.
