Wind Rider Auto Outlet deserves every bit of these 5 stars! I had been searching for a car for weeks. I was looking to upgrade my "beater" commuter car and I didnt want to spend too much. Almost all of the dealers that had cars within the range that I was willing to spend all were VERY shady and the cars were in awful condition. Then I came across Wind Riders website and found a car that I loved! To my surprise, it looked just a nice in person as it did on their site. I noticed that all of the other cars on the lot were also in excellent condition. Im not sure how they acquire their cars but Id assume they are hand picked using high standards. I was greeted by Joe who was very pleasant from start to finish. We thoroughly checked out the car before the test drive. One thing that made an impression on me was that Joe mentioned it had passed inspection but said a bushing had to be replaced. I appreciated that he was up front and didnt just say it passed with flying colors. As soon as we left the lot the car made some suspension noise. Joe was very upset that it came back from the inspection station and mechanic in that condition. He said no matter if I bought it or not, it was unacceptable and it was going back to the mechanic. He promised me that he would get it fixed if I still wanted the car. I could tell that he was being genuine and I put a deposit on the car. The car went back to the mechanic and I made the purchase when the work was complete. The next morning, the noise returned. Joe could have told me that the sale was "as-is" or to use my warranty but he didnt. He gave me his personal car for two days while the mechanic replaced several more parts before finding the problem. I got the car back and it rode like new. Then I went to do an oil change and immediately noticed a broken axle boot. I sent a picture to Joe and there were no questions asked. He said to take it to the mechanic who was waiting for me. The axle was replaced a few days later. I couldnt believe how much money and effort Joe and Wind Rider put into the car to make sure it was perfect for me. With all that being said, I wouldnt be surprised if they ended up taking a loss or breaking even on the sale of my car. I also wouldnt expect them to treat everyone as well as they treated me because they really went above and beyond and didnt have to. The car I purchased ended up being MUCH nicer than just a "beater" and Ive received a lot of compliments on its condition. I absolutely LOVE driving it and doing all of the TLC that comes along with buying a used car. Ive never had a more pleasant and simple buying experience and thats coming from someone who had to keep taking the car back to the mechanic. I was always assured that the problem would be fixed no matter what it was. Im hoping this review persuades you to check out Wind Rider before any other dealer!

Worst place ever to shop for a Used vehicle trust me! I was interested in a dodge caravan and when I got there I was surprised on how different the van looked in picture vs online. Looked way better online compared to seeing flaws in person. All there vehicles need jump starts and theyre in bad condition. You can tell theyre hardly spending money on getting there cars back into shape. Half the cars I saw were old and still dirty. No buyers guide on half the cars. Ask them for a vehicle price over the phone and theyll come up with and excuse and not even have a price tag on the car yet. I walked on the lot after having to park at a boat place next sore which was really inconvenient. Nobody ever came out side. I was outside for Atleast 15 minutes and nobody would attend me. I Atleast saw 5 cars that had "rejection" stickers and I really wasnt surprised. How is it possible for those cars to pass inspection?? Doesnt even seem like they even have a professional mechanic. Once that check clears they forget about you. What really caught my attention was an old man who appeared to be European (around 65 years old) yelling at a young man for something idiotic and small. That was disrespectful and that was another cause why I decided to leave the premises. Another detail that really caught my eye was that there is absolutely no parking for their customers literally they dont care, all they want is your cash. Same European guy made me move my car atleast twice. I WAS ONLY THERE FOR 15 MINUTES!! I Strongly recommend CarMax.

Joe and Devon not only gave me an amazing price on my vehicle - Toyota Camry - but they took care of decals and DMV costs and rolled it all into the payment. I was able to drive away hassle free with a brand new state inspection. They were patient, kind, and gave me additional advice on vehicle accessories. They did some additional cleanup and fixing to make it easier for me to make a purchasing decision. I must admit, at first, I was a little worried. I drove there to get an Altima that I thought I would like, and I didnt like it as much as I thought I would. But, Devon took the time to walk me through the lot for other alternatives, patiently explaining the pros and cons of each vehicle. When he landed on a 2005 Toyota Camry with only 110 thousand miles on it, I was in love! The inside was like new and it drove like a gem. As with buying any car, you have to take your time, do your research and make sure you weigh your own personal pros and cons, but I would say that this is worth every mile you may have to drive. Thanks, Joe!

I highly reccomend tgis place. Great service. I had planned to visit after work Friday and would have my 14 month old with me. I wanted a stressless experience so I called ahead to find out what I needed. I spome to Jay who was very informative. Told me what I needed and because i was looking to finance, suggested that I applied online so he xan pull my app. When I arrived, Jay was assisting another family but another young man assisted. He was super friendly and offered us a seat and beverages. He suggested we check out the cars while waiting which I did. I told him my budget anf what I was looking for and was given 2 cars to test drive. Overall, the process was seamless and the staff was helpful. They really cared about the vehicle I was getting, especially because Inwould be riding around with a baby. I arrived the next day tonget my vehicle and saw new faces ...they too was extremely professional and helpful. Definitely going back when I am ready to upgrade my vehicle.

Im very pleased w/ their service. I bought 2014 Volkswagen Jetta from them (stick shift). It was fully loaded w/ leather seats w/ only 6k miles and priced at 13.5k. Very good price...when I say very good price, you have to understand its really good as Im not a person to be pleased easily :) The reason I have not given 5 rating is, their communication for title was little fuzzy and I freaked out. I ended up going to DMV to verify. Later, when I checked w/ their title lady, I was comfortable. So, just keep in mind that not all customers ( like me) have all the knowledge about paper works and hence kindly take some extra steps to explain that. Apart from that, everythings good. You should check out their stock!!!
