I give this dealership 1 star because zero stars isnt an option. By far the worst service experience I have had at a service department. I scheduled an appointment for 12:45 a few days in advance and ended up dropping the car off around 12:30. I waited in the waiting room for a few minutes and another customer came up to me and asked if I was there for service, to which to she told me to double check everything that I was doing on the car and if I still had the chance to take it elsewhere. I left the car there regardless because not everyone will always be satisfied and remained optimistic. When I dropped the car off the service writer asked if I wanted to get the car washed and said sure since I was leaving it there for a few hours. I left it there for the oil change, tire rotation, and now a wash. When I pulled up at 5:30 I saw my car sitting outside not only dirty but the tires untouched. I looked at the service ticket when I got home and confirmed no tire rotation was done and the service notifications were not restarted either. I will definitely be taking it to another dealership and will not be returning there, such a simple job and they can’t even get that right. Not recommended.

I have been trying to schedule an air bag repair for months. I only get "we will call you later" , "we need to order the part and will call you". Obviously they have only one priority there. To sell you a car. Well I did buy my car there in 2006...but it was the last time. This is an update. I figured out their trick. Apparently, recall repairs do not pay as well as costumer repairs. Therefore, when you call to schedule a recall repair, they ask you to give the VIN number and they will check if they have the part. Then, they invariably state that they need to order it and they will call you when it arrives (it never does). I figured it out because once I called and the Service man was honest and pissed off with this scheme and said "this is BS, tell them to stop transferring you, we do have the parts". Unfortunately, this was one of the first time I tried, and I did not get his name. From then on, all my calls ended up transferred by the operator (who was likely instructed to play this game) to another service supervisor that had to "order the part and would call me later". Finally, I gave up and drove to another dealer (which are way more honest than Bird Rd Subaru).

First time and last that I go there. I went there to do the my first maintenance and the Marcos (Service Manager) charged me 108 even though this is cover for the two first years, I told him to review the info again and said there is nothing, I call Pembroke, where I lease my car and nobody answer, so I had to pay. Getting out of there, I had a car accident, so I left my car there. After, I called, e-mail them often to know how was my car and Maria (receptionist) never had an answer for me. Finally, I can communicate with Pembroke to know why they charged me for maintenance and the manager there answer me with attitude that I had to call them before pay, I called but the same story, never answered the phone. On Bird road, they made me call like 10 times to refund my money. I left my car on DEC 17th, they started working on it on JAN 6th and just today FEB 7th the car is ready to pick up and they want me to go immediately if not they charge me for the spot The worst service ever. I was contacted by the dealer manager and he helped me with everything , nice and correct person, Appreciate it

Quite literally the worst experience Ive ever had with a dealership. I am currently in the Military deployed overseas and I am coming home soon. I wanted to have a few things settled before I come home and I found this vehicle online that seemed to have a good deal. I emailed the dealership and had no response. I proceeded to call the dealership and was promptly put on hold, not even knowing who I was talking to. I hung up and called again and the person I called didnt say who it was, like I was calling someones house. I asked if it was the "intenet manager" the person that I was emailing and all he responds with is "what do you need?" with that in mind, feeling like I am inconveniencing him I tell him my situation and he response with "we cant help you, but I dont make those decisions". then why are you saying that? So, I proceed and say well please give my information to the person who does and he say "ok, but I dont think well be able to help you.". Sucks for him I was going to buy that vehicle CASH...

SUBARU NEEDS TO STRIP THEM OF THEIR FLAG. I DRIVE AN HOUR AWAY TO LEHMAN JUST TO GET GOOD SERVICE. I bought my Subaru up north and moved down here 2 years ago. I have had several new cars and had no problems EVER dealing with car dealerships. This has been the worst experience i have ever had dealing with my car. Everytime I have gone to this place it has been over an hour wait before I could even talk to anyone. The staff is dismissive, lazy and are happy to add on extra charges. THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS INEPT AND BORDER LINE CRIMINAL. They have no interest in helping a customer, are interested inwhat time lunch is and what time they leave. THEY PICK UP PERSONAL CALLS IN THE MIDDLE OF CONVERSATIONS WITH CUSTOMERS (this has happened every time i have been there). I HAVE MET SEVERAL SUBARU OWNERS AFTER THE FACT IN THE KENDALL AREA WHO ALL TELL ME THEY AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE. SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS PLACE.

I have been this this dealer a few times and the service is absolutely horrible. A friend and I went to this dealer because he wants to get a Wrx Limited. I advised him not to come, however he still wanted to come. He called and asked if they specifically the model of the car. The sales rep called Luis Carbonell said they had it. When we walked in no one greeted us as we stood in the sales floor. There was a glass room to the right where there were about 3-4 reps just sitting and looking at us. I had to ask someone for Luis, when he comes he takes us to the car that was not the correct model. When we asked where can we see the model that we asked for he tells us you have to check it out online and that he can not check to see if other dealers have it. When we were leaving he said it was the same car just with leather seats...... services like this is why i didnt buy my car here and why my friend is not going to buy his.

Of course, angry customers post more often than satisfied customers. However in this case I wish Id listen to the reviews. I will be as objective as I can. In my month-long dealing with this dealership to get an all weather strip replaced, they failed to call me back three times, refused to set an appointment for me twice, gave me incorrect times about when they would be open for business twice, and charged what I felt was an excessive amount for labor for a very quick job. To their credit, they didnt charge me for another part they misidentified and ordered on my behalf, valued at $12. I would choose any Firestone or chain auto repair shop over this dealership. When they called to ask about my dissatisfaction, the service rep didnt even sound disappointed when I told him I would not be returning. These people do not well represent the Subaru brand. Please save yourself time and disappointment and go elsewhere.
