Thank you George! This guy was the awesome. Literally the best auto transaction Ive ever been apart of. No haggling, great with working on a trade-in vehicle, all these things were considered when I decided to purchase on a Land Rover LR4 and drive all the way to Miami from Virginia Beach, 800+ miles, 30 hours, with one check, no knowledge of these guys other than their word, and no regrets. The deal they promised was there when I arrived, and transaction went MORE than smoothly. Staffing at Bird Road was top notch as well, not in the sense of smooth talking, butter you up car salesmen but people who had a demand for their vehicles and didnt need the back and forth to make a car sell. My 2011 LR4 was absolutely spotless when I received it, George (work with him) promised it would be detailed and I had no idea. Once I arrived they showed me their process every square inch of the LR4 was pristine from the back seat, to every square centimeter under the hood that could be reached. I left the dealership with no regrets and a week and 800+ miles later I am in the same boat. The show room was incredible, the drive was worth it, the staff were straight shooters and not dabbling with any drama. It made the trek more than worth it not to mention their price was one I found after a nation-wide search on LR4s. I looked at cars from AZ to CA to NY and Bird Road had the deal, the vehicle which was noticeable above the rest. All these things are reason why Im so glad I to the risk and used these guys. George thanks for your help in getting the car of my dreams and being a salesman who took care of me, a random guy from Virginia. Youll have my business again.

Unfortunately this dealer only care about money. I spend 24k buying a MB Sprinter 2012 and i know that im buying a used car but is amazing that my van have a alternator problem -cost me $300 between towing and spare parts- only 200 miles later of getting from his office and they refuse to accept a portion of cost. I DO NOT RECOMMEND SPEND YOUR MONEY WITH A PEOPLE WHO DOESNT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY. I will get another van next year but i even not gonna check his website.

Dont waste your time and money going there. This people patch used cars with lots of miles, do some cosmetic work to pass your visual inspections. clean carfax reports so you dont see accidents and car issues and then sale it to you. If you call or visit them after you make the purchase because you are having serious issues with the car, they pass you from one person to the next and never call you back. Seriously dont spend you hard worked dollar here, you can do better. !!!
