Flowers were late, and delivered only because I called to find out where they were.. The man on the phone lied about calling the person receiving the flowers (pulled the phone records to check). The flowers were supposed to be a surprise, and I had to ruin the surprise just to verify that they had not been sent, and the person receiving them had to STAY LATE AT WORK to finally have them delivered. There is no possible way they could have screwed this up worse! Way to ruin a Valentines Day surprise!!
