Extremely rude owner! I went to this store to buy some roses. I was dealing with a nice sales clerk but for some reason, the owner jumped in our conversation and got me flowers that he thought were good but still havent opened up. I politely told him that I dont know much about flowers and so asked him how long would it take for them to open up. At this point he completely flipped out because I didn’t “trust" him and even kicked me out. On the way out he yelled at me and even called me cheap because I wanted to buy only 6 roses and not a dozen. Seeing the look of embarrassment on the sales clerks face that I originally was dealing with made me feel that the owner has a tendency to throw these mad fits. Overall, I would not recommend this store to anyone simply due to the owners behavior.

I use Westport Floral EXCLUSIVELY for all my floral needs....pick-up and delivery! I recommend friends from outside the area to use this shop as the Owner, John, has NEVER been a disappointment and always provides top-notch service. The flowers are fresh, long lasting, and John is always happy to make a suggestion to get the most out of any purcahse. Finally, for a really great experience when you order, tell him what the occassion is and let him use his creativity - you will be VERY HAPPY!

I dont think I would shop here. I talked to a gentleman over the phone and he had such a smug attitude over the phone. I was trying to get an idea of something to put together for a significant other and he proceded to get an attitude with me because I didnt know his prices and what he could put together for me. I cant imagine him handling my flowers with that much lack of care.

We purchased a bouquet on Wednesday evening, and the hydrangeas in it were already dying. When i came in with the bouquet today, the owner went above and beyond. She made a whole new bouquet, made it more large than the first, and offered a refund. There was no need for a refund. I will back! Pride in her business and quality! Thanks so much!!

All I can say is, the place would be much better off without the super rude owner. He needs to take some sort of anxiety medication because getting upset with your employees in front of customers AND getting upset with customers is absolutely ridiculous and poor business tactics. Treat people how you want to be treated.

I have used this floral shop several times and have been very pleased. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The floral arrangements I purchased were beautiful and fresh! I will be return to this shop for my future floral needs. :)
