I want to say that the Chocolate Rose in Houston Tx has been the best experience i have had with a flower shop. I want to thank Jorge the owner for being such a patient and friendly person to all the special needs that we have needed for our flower orders. I have done business with The Chocolate Rose for around four years and I have had nothing but great things to say about this shop. And all the people I have recommended have been pleased with the service they have came across. I have to say that Jorge I dont know how you do it but working on all the pressure we have give you in the past years. I just want to say thank you for not loosing your top with us. And on behalf of all the people I have recommended. Thank you for all the fresh and wounderfull arrangements you have provided to all of us and the web site you have on face book shows all the great work you do. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE! This last weekend was Moms Day. My wife ordered a fresh arrangement of PINK roses, pink lilies, carnations and just a touch of white daisies. It should come in an classis yet elegant pink glass. Well, when the order arrived, it was nothing like my order. Every thing was white, white roses, lilies, even the glass. The worse part was my Mom was really furious. She thought that my wife sending her this arrangment of flowers with "ill intention", to wish her to pass away soon (white flowers). I called the place. They said they were short on supply on that day. What kind of business is this??!!! DONT EVER USE THEIR SERVICE. SAVE YOUR SELF SOME TROUBLES.

Yesterday I ordered flowers for a friend of mine whos mother passed away. The Chocolate Rose went above and beyond to deliver these the same day.The weather was horrible and I was nervous they were not going to make it on time, but they did and my friend was very happy with them. The Chocolate Rose even sent me a picture of the flowers they were delivering. I have had bad experience in the past with other flower shops and online floral ordering, but this time was way different. I will definitely use them again! this was my first time ordering from this place but it wont be my last. I sent some flowers to my mom for her birthday and the arrangement was exactly from the picture :) i placed the order july 19 at 9ish in the morning and they were delivered to her @ 4:21 which is not bad. The flowers were so beautiful. great place!

I was very unhappy with the funeral spray I ordered which was much smaller than expected having upgraded my purchase and the Banner that was to be placed across the spray was missing. Not important to florist but was very important to the family. Will never use this florist again.
