Last year, there was an older lady in front of me at checkout that couldnt remember her pin number on her credit card. She tried calling her daughter to get the number and her daughter didnt answer. The store manager knew the lady and told the cashier to go ahead and ring her up and give him the receipt, that he would hold it until she could come back and pay but for her to go ahead and take her groceries and go home. I can guarantee you that any of the other grocery stores would NOT have done this for anyone. I really enjoy shopping at Ingles and love the managers and management style at the Trenton GA location.

Very convenient, with an ideal size for a grocery store. Lots of good selection, and their produce and meat is some of the best in town. The staff really make it though. Except for one grumpy worker in the deli, every member of the staff have been friendly, helpful and respectful. A definite step above the service I receive at the other grocery stores in Trenton.

There is a large selection of products here. It only serves to distract you from all the flies. Seriously, the place is crawling with them if you come in late at night. I once saw one of the assistant manager have to through the entire doughnut display into the trash because of the gnats swarming the whole area.

Offers a nice variety of foods including organic meats & veggies, etc. Cleanest public restroom in town. Deli sells to a large crowd at lunch so it must be good. Some items are hard to find and seem out of place.

We were pleasantly surprised by this grocery store. Nice selection of beer and wine, a good deli, and great service. Very convenient to Cloudland Canyon (10-12 minute drive from cottages)

Wonderful grocery store. The store manager is always helpful and welcoming and speaks to all customers. Cashiers and bag boys always nice and polite. Just a good atmosphere.
