I ordered a cake from here for my sons second birthday. The first cake was just horrible, I asked for it to be sprayed blue and they used blue icing, the Littles were VERY poorly written you could see where they messed the letters up multiple times and tried to fix it, I asked for little yellow dots to resemble stars, and what they put on there was an absolute joke, the lady literally put quotations around Happy Birthday Carter on the cake! I wanted to cry looking at that cake thinking this had to be my sons birthday cake. I honestly cannot belive they thought that was an acceptable cake to give to somebody. I went to customer service and the manager came, he walked over to the bakery with me and spoke to the bakery manager. She was VERY helpful and redid the cake for me in about 20 minutes. The cake is great now and exactly what I wanted. She was amazing, which is where the 4 stars comes in.

If you want awesome customer service, the freshest produce, meats and fish this is the place. This store is always clean and fully stocked. I always plan out my shopping trips and save over 60% with Bogos, coupons and their store coupons on my staple items. Keep an eye out for their gas card promotion. If you get at least $50 in groceries, you can buy a $50 gas card for $40. Thats a 20% savings or about 40 cents off per gallon. Yes, not all cashiers are great (this is true at any retail store) but shop there enough and youll know who to go to for the best service. The managers are always there at the checkout to help too. If you have a problem they will make it right.

I ordered a fresh organic turkey to be picked up two days before Thanksgiving. Was assured by the meat department that they could get one. Day of pick up, I called and NO TURKEY..said they were unable to get one. Since they had my contact information, it would have been nice if they had called me to let me know it was not available. Now, I have no turkey for Thanksgiving! VERY POOR communication from the meat department. This is not the first time Ive had problems with the meat department. Will not use again.

cashier at the 10 items or less working there today gave me the stink eye because I had 12 items in my cart. made me feel like I was doing something terribly wrong. so much for being known for their customer service. Im done with publix for a while. too manbad experiences

I love how clean and neatly placed everything is in the store. This is my favorite store by far. Would highly recommend shopping or ordering food from here. Plus the customer service is one of a kind, the workers here are so helpful and pleasant.

Not a bad store: clean store, friendly employees, etc, but a bit disappointing. The selection is limited and its quite small. Not as nice as any Publix Ive been in. Plus, Kroger does have Starbucks. Some small improvements would go a long way.

The service once was much better...when they first opened. But now they seem to be less interested in providing the service they did at that time. Not to mention the organic selection throughout the store is far less than it could be.

I came in late, for beer, the beer I wanted wasnt on the shelf, but the staff was really awesome and checked in the back and found it for me. Its exactly this kind or thing that makes shopping a pleasure, thanks publix.

The food is over priced and the employees seem to be bothered that they have to wait on you. I wouldnt recommend shopping here unless you want to pay a fortune or youre just too stuck up!
