My sister in law and I went in yesterday to the store in Conway looking for a chest of drawers for my daughters apartment. We were greeted but not harassed by an employee. He was very helpful. They had several choices at great prices to choose from. My sister in law found a cute decorative ladder that she couldnt live without too. The store was clean with friendly people and had a great, quality selection. I will be back in the future when I need something else.

I love this, place. Not only did I find what I was looking for, but I got more than I came for. They had all the accessories needed and everything was at a great price. If your looking for furniture, decorations, or accessories this is the place to go. The customer service here is fast, friendly and they really make you feel comfortable and that your not a bother. This is an excellent place and I recommend it to anyone and everyone:-)

I had an amazing experience at the FFO in Conway on Amity Road. The prices are great and the young man helping us was truly a pleasure. Dustin was not over bearing and did an excellent job of making us feel comfortable and not making us feel pressured into making a purchase. He was a greay to work with and has great people skills! When I walked in, I was greeted, but not affronted. The sales rep, Dustin, was extremely friendly, and also gave my wife and me the space we needed to make decisions together. Everything was neat and tidy, and Dustin seemed to be well informed on products and services available. The buying experience at FFO is one to be remembered. We will be coming back when we need more furniture.

I bought a sectional in 2010 at the ffo in Sherwood. I had to sell it recently because it was too big for my new apartment and bought more livingroom furniture. I got the financing I wanted and the service was excellent. They also did a warranty exchange on my mattress in a couple of days. The new bed is wonderful. Great guys working there.

Went in yesterday looking at couches. Brian the salesman greeted us and talked with us about more than the furniture. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. He knew hpw the furniture was made and gave us some tips to take car of it and make it last longer. I have already begun to tell people to shop with them.
