This company is the worst! They do not properly test their refrigerators, their "techs" are incompetent and their customer service is severely lacking. We bought a fridge for $620 from them. When it was delivered the driver ran over 3 mailboxes in front of our house. He partially fixed 2 of them and didnt do anything about the 3rd because it would need concrete to fix, so he left our neighbors box broken. The fridge froze all our food even on the "off" setting, and freezer burned everything in the freezer in just 2 days. The company said they didnt do refunds but would replace it. The second fridge was smaller, older, and not worth the initial $620 we paid. It was running very cold from the beginning so we turned it to its lowest setting . Overnight it froze all of our food AGAIN, because its holding a temperature of 20 degrees. Theyve now caused us to lose hundreds of dollars in groceries, broke the mail boxes, and we still dont have a working refrigerator. Not only are they closed today, but they have their phone off and didnt return our calls from yesterday about the second fridge not working. DO NOT BUY FROM GUARANTEED APPLIANCE !!!
