I see a lot of people giving this place 1 star because of the customer service, but in my experience, the employees were polite. I had a nice chat with an employee while he installed RAM cards into my PC one day. And on another day, an employee had misplaced a 40 dollar mic on a $20 shelf, which sounds bad and shows that the employee was prone to mistakes. However, when they rung it up, the admitted that the misplaced price was their fault and that they would sell it to us for $20 anyways which was great. So because of that incident, I may be a little biased. Otherwise I would recommend going to Best Buy. Sorry Im not a professional reviewer or anything, but I just thought Id share my opinion.

I bought a new Kindle Fire, and had some issues getting everything coordinated (with my previous Kindle). There were a few things that defeated me, just could not get past them. Two days in a row Bram Sword from the geek squad helped me get everything squared away. He was endlessly patient and did a great job for me. Both times. A big thanks to Bram, his help is much appreciated!!

I have never failed to get top-notch service from the sales associates in this store. If I know what I want, they walk me over to the product. If I dont know specifically what I want, just a need, they ask pertinent questions until we find just what exactly I need, and then discuss the pros and cons of the various products on hand that would fill that need. Just a great experience.

I just purchased a harddrive from them. On the website it was listed as $99 but in store it was $119. When asked I was told "Yeah, we had that happen yesterday" and they would match the price. They did, but it didnt leave me with the best feeling. Had I not looked online I would be out $20. I only recommend checking prices online before hand. Everything else was satisfactory.

Bought new printer with 2 year Geek Squad support. Printer not showing up in devices so it can be used. Best Buy Geek Squad will not help trouble shoot the installation without me paying an additional $100. Was on phone with five different employees from 8 am to 1240 pm. Yes five hours....for no one to help. Not recommended.

Best buy is a great store in general. The people and management in this store have totally turned me off ever going back to this store. Employees are so rude and management have no clue what customer service is. If you need something from best buy go to the Bristol store.

Justin was extremely helpful. He fixed the problem I was having with my blue tooth and he also blocked calls I was receiving from telemarketers. This young man is very intelligent and is very thoughtful in the way he treats people. You are blessed to have him on your team.

Very helpful staff. Not overly pushy when it comes to sales. I have had them find items in the back that are listed as in stock but are not on the floor. Checkout is sometimes slow but depends on if a frenzy of people come up at once. Good location and parking lot as well.

Probably the worst customer service ever next time i want pc parts im just buying them online, bought a 50 steam card and they didnt even activate it on the store, i call them and they seem like they didnt even care. ill remember that next time i even go in there.

Excellent help finding out exactly which computer I want to get. Still using it 9 months later and its stayed the same price definitely has been wonderful to use. I had great help from several employees while I was shopping and they were knowledgeable and through.

Terrible floor customer service, dvd/blu-ray selection is laughable (main reason for my paying visits). If theres no good reason to visit this store then why go? Ill go to target where theres better selection and price match this joke of a brick and mortar store.

Their products sold here are good, but the geek squad is terrible, we have brought our 2 year used laptop may times to be repaired and every time we take it there they always break something different, Would not suggest getting your pc/laptop repaired here.

Its always 50/50 at this location. There are some great employees that work here also there is some terrible employees that work at this location. Also they try to pressure older customers into buying new things they dont need in order to get commission.

My family and friends were going on a vacation ! We called Best Buy about 30 times over a 7 day period ! No associate would answer the phone. We were buying a lot of video equipment ! We went to Circuit City and spent $4600.00 . Their loss !

Stopped by the Kingsport Tn. Location to purchase a tablet. Overhead a salesman tell another that a patron just wasted his time. They didnt have the tablet I asked for tried sale me the pricier version up. Will go online and buy from Amazon.

Its OK. A lot of staff actually seemed less concerned with helping you. Its very quiet in there, actually. Only saving grace was that they have a lot of good things in Stock. So they do a good job of maintaining their inventory.
