Me fue muy mal me cogieron la medida y veía bien sin embargo con la medida de cerca veo más borroso que con los espejuelos viejos que tenía y me dijeron que fuera a los 15 días y cuando fuy no estaban fuy de nuevo y sólo me dieron uno de dos pares me dijeron que el otro me lo iban a mandar a la casa y hoy después de cinco días llame porque no me lo mandaron y dicen que tengo que volver a hacerlo porque se perdieron la muchacha es muy amable pero todo lo demás fue desagradable mi experiencia allí malísima hace más de un mes y todavía no tengo mis espejuelos
Horrible me dijieron que me iban a llegar mis lentes de contacto de 3 a 5 dias y era de urgencia y de hay llamo de nuevo para ver como estab la orden y me dice que se demora de 2 a 3 semana. Pero ellos te dicen eso que te llega rapido para sacar el dinero tube que hacerme otros lentes en otra optica y hay me dijieron en 3 dias y me llegaron mis lentes son muy puntuales y responsable se llama optica modelo queda en la wes flager y me llegaron y yo por apurada. Gaste el dinero en esta optical mala muy mala
Good environment and new virtual service experience. Unfortunately I was not able to get my glasses that day. Did not have enough money to pay for them after the discounts from Medicaid and amerigroup health plan. I was followed constantly out of choosing the glasses and was unable to decide because I felt like they there were like watching me like if I was a thief checking merchandise to steal it. I am not a thief. When I made the appointment I was not told i have to pay $20 per visit. I was not aware that any glasses I would choose would be over the limit of what I consider able for me right there and then. I felt bad because I did not have the money right there to pay for the new pair of glasses I need. Then I was asked to give a deposit so that they could hold the glasses or the order for my prescription lenses. I was very upset. And guess what I really liked this place and all the new technology used there is just fabulous.
Called and was on hold for over 15 minutes... twice. First time by some younger guy who would not let me get a word in. The second time by a nice lady but she forgot I was on the line. Finally on the third try I was told that my insurance is fine. I get there I presented my card and ID and none were taken by the employees. I was just called in to take the exam and then at the end I was asked for my id and insurance card. That is when I was told my insurance would not cover the exam and I had to pay for it. And this is all after spending almost 40minutes on the phone and an hour in the store. The place was not even that busy. The only person who actually did their job right was the optometrist who did the exam. Dont get me wring once in the atore they are nice but just really wasted my time and money. Would not recommend to go there at all. I regret spending my time with myeyelab.
Pésima experiencia,mi esposa se hizo unos lentes ahí y luego de pagar debía esperar 14 días para recogerlos ,periodo q no se cumplió pues para la supuesta fecha aun no estaban y todos los días daban una explicación diferente ,le entregaron los lentes 7 días posteriores a la acordada ,es decir en total espero 21 días para. resolver su problema.Esto deja en duda la calidad del servicio.
Horrible, I do not recommend anyone to go there, they are completely unprofessional, they lost my mothers information and did not have her glasses ready after two weeks, and my mother paid over 400 dollars for her glasses. When she went to see if they had it ready they told her they did not have any information. Then proceeded to be very unprofessional with her like if she was in the wrong. My daughters contacts are still not ready after two weeks and those are the trail pair, I dont know where their manufacturer is but it definitely is not in this country from what I am looking at. I will never go there again or recommend anyone to go there.
Ive used my eye lab - hialeah about a total of 3 times. My experience has never been great but pretty decent. This last time although the girls are very nice has been a huge disappointment... its been over a month and I still have not received my glasses. I went in when I received a call stating that my glasses were in to only receive some sun glasses that were not at all, not even near the ones I had chosen, the clear glasses werent even there. Good thing I hadnt paid the full amount of $245! And only gave $40 I rather them just stay with that ... Ive already went elsewhere and already received my glasses.
Called in to request information about a promotion they were running, was given one set of information. When I arrived at the store, was given very different information by the attendant and was told the promotion I called in about the day before was no longer running. I was then offered alternate promotions for which the details kept changing every time I asked a question. If you chose to get glasses through my eyelab I would suggest being very mindful to make note of who you spoke. My eyelab is sneaky sneaky with their pricing and promotions.
Worst place to come. Rude employees and with an appointment made I was 5 mins late and was skipped twice due to my tardiness with people that had made an appt at 1:45p and 2pm while I was due at 1:30pm. Ridiculous. Bad customer Service. I asked the employee behind the counter why is the ladies going before me and the other employee that was helping other people quickly responded because you were late when he had no idea what time I walked into the store nor was he aware of my appt time. The glasses stop is really great. The prices are good and a little lower than the market. Very good equipment and professional and nice staff.I can not give 5 starts because the delivery time is very very very long. You will have to wait, if lucky, two or three weeks. My wife has been waiting for 5 weeks and no call to her for any apologize or explanation. If the solve this very serious issue I would give then 5 starts plus
I initially was worried about all the bad experiences I was reading online. But my experience was good from start to end. Is my first time with glasses and the lady was very patient with me and even gave me a good discount. The glasses are good quality. I got the promotion 2 for $119 and Im very happy with them. Got the glasses in les then two weeks. Hope everyone can have the same experience I had.
They prescribe the wrong prescription and then have the guts afterwards that I need to pay for another exam. My glass dont fit and when you wear the glass your cross-eyed. What do you do? Oh wait... theres more!!! Your glasses take 2 weeks and if you dont remember the date or wonder if it comes earlier, THEY DONT CALL!!!~Great Service.... SIKE!!!!
