Smart, friendly service. About 7 years ago while on vacation we had one of those eyeglass emergencies, our friends recommended Specs Appeal. When we walked in they made us feel right at home and they were able to get our glasses fixed quickly. While we were there I picked out some sunglasses for myself. Specs Appeal has the best selection of styles that are more up to date than what we have back home in Charlotte. Their team taught me how to pick out the various types of glasses which are better suited for my face – no one had ever explained to me what to look for and what to avoid in picking out styles! We ended up going back a few days later as my wife saw some Coach glasses she liked and the rest is history. Over the years we just keep going back, now we get our annual eye exams at Specs Appeal and look forward to catching up with the owners, Chris and Karen.

Absolutely the Best! If you want top quality and style, go to Specs Appeal.Listen to their recommendations on style and best possible vision. I have gone to Specs Appeal since they opened. I wear no-line bifocals and Specs Appeal gets them right the first time, every time! I moved to Dayton, Ohio in 2006, and tried a place up here. The lenses they sold me were so below the quality I was used to that I took them back for a refund and headed to Pinecrest to get them done right. Now I visit Florida and go to Specs Appeal where I know I will get the best quality and superior customer service. No one does it better because Specs Appeal is the best!

Twelve years ago i bought my first pair of glasses at specs appeal and it is now my eyeglasses store. The service is exceptional. The owners are warm, friendly and experts in their field. Their newest employee, Samantha, has a great eye to find the best frames and she is able to explain all of the details regarding lenses in a way that made it easy to decide what to get. After getting glasses at the "hip without the rip" shop and being very unsatisfied with the lens quality, Ive learned how exceptional specs appeal is. My only wish is that they would carry an even larger selection of fashion forward, bold, fun frames.

A few weeks ago I went to Specs Appeal for the first time...what a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. When shopping for glasses it really helps to have multiple opinions, and Samantha and Jean provided terrific feedback. With their help, I was able to find a great pair of glasses which suit me perfectly. In the future, I will only be shopping at Specs Appeal for glasses and sunglasses. Keep up the great work!!!

bought all my sunglasses from them so much more informed then a sunhut or other places iv been service is impeccable the fist costa i got had little imperfections they sent them back and i got them and if there is anything warranty they take care of it for you unlike a sunhut just a great place to buy... highly recomended

Dedicated to customer satisfaction. I have one of those difficult, progressive and astigmatic prescriptions. I wasnt happy with the first two attempts - I kept getting headaches. Chris worked with me until I was happy - it took four tries. Head and shoulders above the rest. I cant say enough - just try them!
