I am very excited to write a review about my experience at Drive Time!!!! It all began when my car (1999 Saturn) decided “she” was no longer interested in running. So, I was “encouraged” to purchase a car a few months before I planned to do so. I remembered the television advertisements for Drive Time and looked them up online. I filled out an application and received a response from a very friendly and professional staff members, Taman (Tay) Jordan (1/20/2015) confirming my appointment at the dealership (17440 South Dixie Highway, Miami, FL 33157). From that moment on, I was treated with professionalism, respect and genuine care (1/20 – 1/22). Because of some glitches with my trade in, it took three days to complete my purchase. The staff was so accommodating that I almost forgot I was there to purchase a car. My sales advisor, Rudy, was amazing. It was as if he really knew what I was looking for and found six automobiles to choose from. He treated me with so much patience that I almost felt guilty for taking up so much of his time. The general manager, Jonathan, assisted me in options for the issues with my trade in and also made me feel at ease in the process. A. J. explained the paperwork in a manner that didn’t make me feel uncomfortable. I understood everything and he made sure to answer all of my questions. Jurgen also was instrumental in bringing the car from another dealership. He was friendly and made sure I was aware of the whereabouts of the car. Sergio took time out to pick me up from home and take me to the dealership to pick up the car. Rudy washed my car personally and made sure it had gas and that all stickers, etc….were removed. The entire staff of this Drive Time dealership wen above and beyond to give me a car buying experience that I will NEVER forget! Kudos to you guys. Thank you for assisting me during a very difficult time in my life. Many blessings to all of you! I am a fan of Drive Time for life!

Hola mi nombre es Tonier Esperon vine a drive time con mi esposa a ver algunas ococines para comprar un carro y la verdad desde que entre me atendieron muy bien me dieron muy buenas occiones que se acomodaron a mi presupuesto y el senor Carlos H. Arbucias fue una gran alluda para mi y mi esposa por que nos ajlludo a conseguí el presupuesto adecuado y sin importar el crédito que tengo , antes de llegar a drive time yo es tuve buscando en muchos lugares y por el crédito mío me era imposible lograr a un buen acuerda y mi última esperanza fue drivetime y déjame desirles que e quedado más que satisfecho con todo lo que logran y al fin pude comprar mi carro que tanto quería gracias a él señor carlos H . Arbucias por su servicio y a drive time por todo y les recomiendo que vengan y no se a repentirán

I GOT MY CAR Back after a bad accident The insurance company didnt gave me a week in rental car and didnt even pay off the entire amount on what was owed on my Lexus My credit was crappie I was not able to get loan from anyone I was stuck in a rental car paying 820 a month for 4 months I went to the south dade drive time in Miami Fld. Who had my same Year make Lexus I flew allway from New York on a hope and dream and it came true I walk out with my Lexus. The staff there was very WARM AND concerned about my problems and getting me back into a new vehicle after constant no after no they also made sure I left with a 3yr warranty on every major part I truly thank the whole entire staff at drive time south dade .Karla really was the one who put all together and Aj explain to me how this will never happen again thank you guys from the bottom of my heart . I have to say that after 15 years or more of buying cars from many different car dealerships in South Florida, this is the most upfront, direct and honest, friendly and reliable used car dealer youll find. Not only Carlos is an amazing salerperson but the entire team that helped me was also unbelievable. Between this Saturday and today i changed my mind 3 times on the car and they always looked up for me. They options were perfectly explained, i knew where my money was going and the best thing is that you can even put more money later to lower your payment or interest rate .... or you can chose how much money down or your what you want your payment to be so youll stay on budget! I cannot thank you enough for helping me get a newer and better car during this difficult time!. Hands down to Carlos (sales associate) and the entire team! You guys rock!

I spent the last three hours at DriveTime on US1 and SW 174th. St. Ive been stressing about getting another car because I was dreading having to deal with the going back and forth with car dealer salesperson. I was also stressing over having a car payment. Unfortunately, I had no choice so I decided to come to DriveTime and Im so glad I did. My salesperson Carlos Arbucias was very professional, thorough, and extremely helpful in getting me into the car I wanted without breaking me. They have a great selection of SUVs, which I got, and sedans. So if anyone is looking to get a car, or youre like me, need to replace your old car, but dont want payments to kill you, or you dont want to put down alot, you need to come to DriveTime south and see Carlos Arbucias. No trickey salesperson here. Im all smiles in my 2012 KIA Sorento!!

My name is jocelyn Campbell and today was the first time I visited drivetime. I met with Carlos arbucias who is a phenomenal salesman!!! He was nothing less than the best. He made me feel comfortable, took his time with answering all of my questions, and put me in the exact car that I wanted. I have bought cars before but I must say this experience has definitely been the best ever. Customer service is amazing, fast, and efficient. Carlos thank you for making me feel so special and for going above and beyond the call of duty. Ill say this one last thing and Im done lol. If you are looking for a car drivetime is the place to go!! Nothing long and tedious about this process. Carlos kept me laughing and engaged the entire time and for that I just want to thank kyou and celebrate you at the same time!

I have been all over South Florida searching for the right dealership until I encountered Drive Time. I am a car fanatic myself, seeing that it was my first time owning a car, I decided on purchasing a used car. The experience was absolutely superb, thanks to the salesman Kiovani Ewing. He made me feel extremely comfortable and welcomed. Unfortunately, I was indecisive about picking the car I wanted. It was between a BMW 3 series and Mercedes C class (tough choice, I know), but Mr. Ewing showed extreme professionalism and patience. With his knowledge about the specs of both cars, I was FINALLY able to make a decision. Thank you Kiovani for a great experience. I have repeatedly told my friends and family members about Drive Time, simply the best!
