I came to Florida to study and bought a used car a month ago. They did everything they could to cover up the issues with the car. Being a used car I saw a few things that I would fix myself. There was a check engine light and really bad tyre alignment that I noticed on the Test drive. I asked that they fix it. They said they aligned the car, no change. They Said they changed the oxygen sensor, but just reset it. Beyond that they didnt have a spare or jack with the car. When I got transmission problems on the second day of using the car, I went back. They have a three day Guarantee on the car listed on their website. They said no you signed a document that says as is. However I never signed the documents, so they fired that salesman. At that point they sent me to their mechanic, who runs a collision repair centre. He put a code reader on it, made a phonecall to someone to find out about what the codes meant and told me about two problems and that would cost $400 to repair. The Company said they would pay half. On my investigation, of what was stated to be wrong, only one was true. It cost me $60 for the part and I changed it in five minutes. The other issue the o2 sensor never showed up. The car has a defective axle, leaking transmission and engine seals. They cleaned it all up and started that the car was in pristine condition. Tyre vibration gets worse, and Ive even had a coil pack fail and had to replace it. There is also available severe engine oil leak and possibly steering leaks also. They were even so underhanded that it was a coincidence that the metal tags came on the last day that the temp tags expired. They made me sign all their as is documents before it got my tags. Now Im still waiting on my title. I would never recommend this company due to their dishonesty and poor work ethic. The manager Eddie is very happy to sell you something that is problematic and quick to take your money. Thankfully Im fairly handy so Ive managed to fix the car while I go to school Just enough to keep it running. I understand a used car is just that, but cant believe how much of a scam they are. They play the system very well. Good luck if you decide to buy a car from them or even wish to work there.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER. Worst customer service experience ever. When i bought the car, the salesman promised to deliver it to my house himself since i live far away. A week later, he was "out of the office" and "took the day off". They said they couldnt deliver the car until they had my insurance. so i gave them my insurance. They delivered the car but then made my boyfriend drive the salesman all the way back to the dealership (we live very far away). After i thought everything was fine, they asked me to pay them a fee of $250 to get me "better numbers" for financing. i said no. they tried to change the financing anyways with the bank and harassed me to call the bank to provide additional documents to the bank rep. I told the bank rep I didnt want to change my financing. She said ok, They asked me to not send my documents directly to her but to them first (which i thought was odd) Next, since they screwed up the financing on their end, they now had to draft a new contract for me. when i tried to ask why, they got angry and yelled at me and threatened to "take the deal back". I told them to send the new contract. when i got it, it was blank-no numbers filled in. on the contract itself it clearly states" DO NOT SIGNED UNLESS ALL FIELDS FILLED IN". when i called and said i wont sign a blank contract, they said ok, they left it blank on purpose in case they needed to change the financing numbers! this is when i knew something was fishy. they sent another contract with all fields filled in. I signed. then had to go through the whole document process with another lending bank. When my temp tag expired twice, they sent me a new one in the mail late so i was driving around with an expired tag for a week..the 2nd time it expired, they would not issue me another temp tag. IF YOU ARE BUYING A CAR, PLEASE LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PURCHASE. This has been a horrible experience.

I believe just like at any business being a small business owner myself that you can have great just as well as horrible experiences. I recently bought a had to have car from here, so much that I flew from Texas and drove it back home. The car was beautiful as described, to be honest the mileage was 6,000 over stated which sorta surprised me, but still very low miles for the year model. I was pissed before I went to pick it up since I was gonna be traveling all that way and the owner really didnt want to budge on the price, his business his right. What made everything kosher was dealing with the friendly, professional, beautiful Karina Perez. In my opinion she to me is is the glue that held or holds a lot of sales together shes truly more than the worth her weight in gold. If I came across another vehicle that I wanted there I would definitely fly and see her again for another buy. Thk u, Karina.

DO NOT BUY FROM AMERIFIRST AUTO!!! I attempted to purchase a BMW from Alex, sat in the office from 11am-7:45pm! One hour while heading home, the rear tire blows, I pull out the spare tire and there are gashes in the spare tire!! The check engine light came on 2 hours in to the ride home and the belts were squeaky upon returning home finally at 3am the next day.The HID headlights broke 2 weeks in to having the car! Finally after 2 weeks of trying to get ahold of the owner of Amerifirst auto (Eddie) he was extremely difficult to work with. Finally I had to threaten with a lawyer over 3 weeks later to get my money back! There is a lot more hassles I had to deal with this company! They do not use approved vendors when checking out used cars!!! PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! You will only receive a massive headache and a horrible used car!!

So i called them to get just a wuick quote for a down payment on a car thyley show listed for 8000 dollars. He said 3000 down with no credit. So I asked how come I can go and get a new car with no credit and have been approved for one at 25% down I just didnt want 450 a month payments for 6 years so I didnt get it. But before I coupd fijish the question he literally cut me off and started yelling at me on the phone in broken spanglish and then hung up on me. So first they want a 42% down payment for an 8500 dollar car and then wouldnt even entertain a civilized question of the reason it is so high. Sadly I also woupd be willing to guarantee that the 42% down wouldnt have come off the total amount financed either. So essentially it woupd have been a present to tjem for being so gracious to let me purchase a car from them
