Worst experience I ever had buying a car, to the point that I quit after 2 or 3 weeks of hassle, even though they had the car I needed, a 2013 Ford C Max. From the beginning, I accepted their sale price since I had money saved and I myself arranged the financing with my own bank. So money was not a problem. But much to my surprise, throughout the transaction, Orlando Rodriguez, the salesperson, did not seem interested at all in selling the car. He would not even return my calls or text messages. And if he happened to pick up my phone call by chance, he would say "I will call you right back", or "let me find out and I will call you back today for sure", and keep me waiting all day for a call that was never meant to be made, just looking for an easy way out and trying to get rid of me on the phone as soon as possible. At a certain point I thought it was a problem of a higher down payment. So I offered $3000 for down payment. And would probably have offered more to get the car that I really needed. But when I saw that even offering a decent down payment, Orlando did not care at all, I was really disappointed and finally decided to quit. This is the first time in my life that I encounter a salesperson with such an attitude, like he was doing me a favor, and I was not the one putting money in his pocket. I think that any customer that requests to receive a service from a seller must be treated like royalty, since he/she is the one facilitating the cash flow. Not the other way around. Customers must be treated with consideration, dedication and respect since they are the ones that pay our paychecks. I talked to other people there but never got any positive feedback from anybody. All in all, the impression that I was left with is that the staff at this dealership is disrespectful, negligent and incompetent, and the dealership is mismanaged because all transactions are supposed to be overlooked by a supervisor other than the salesperson to precisely avoid these situations from happening. Stay clear and check a "real" car dealer in Miami, where you can find lots of them. This car dealer is a JOKE. I will post this review in as many places as I can, especially car review web sites, to save people the trouble that I went through unfortunately.

A great customer service experience is not defined by an excellent impression from the start, but to have an issue and to see a whole team owning it from beginning to an end like a champ. In the used car sales business there might be many surprises, for the dealer and new buyer. I purchased a Lexus RX 350 from Mia Repot about a year ago. After the first few weeks the engine completely shuts down, but gladly the manager took hands on the matter. He make sure a new engine was placed on my used car. While the repairs were completed on my vehicle, as a courtesy he provided me with a loaner. In addition, I live in WPB and he sent one of his staff to drop off my vehicle and pick up the loaner. Thank you Miarepo, my RX 350 is still running smooth and without any issues. I really appreciate all you did for me and my family. I will recommend your service to anyone I know.
