Constantly having to check my reciept to make sure Im charged the right prices. If not customer service tries to do it the way they think it should be done and screws you out of money. Had to fight with them today to explain that thier way was wrong. Finally they did it my way and realized they were wrong but acted like it didnt matter. Even though this one is close to home, I wont be back.

As Im walking thru this ShopRite, the first thing that will hit you is its sheer size. Expanded departments of all types ... Bakery, Meats, Fish and Prepared Foods are not the typical ones you see. And a selection that beats any supermarket Ive ever seen. As Im checking out, I notice this banner (see photo) and can understand why. Best Supermarket 19 years in a row.

Worst supermarket in all of NJ, the produce is bottom shelf garbage. horrible quality. its such a shame.......they could do so much better.....fruite and produce selection sucks and so does all the meat selections. and prices are outrageous too. We travel 45 mins to a better supermarket that carries way more organic produce and top notch meats for a lot cheaper.

Always exceptional...every item you could possibly need is available...produce is the best....tremendous varieties and always fresh. Fish department in incomparable. If you are in need of Bake goods including birthday cakes they have an amazing selection. Above all the staff is always courteous, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. You will not be disappointed!

Crowded at 8:30am only got worse. Entire sea food dept stunk like bad fish could not get the check out lady to ring order completly as she forgot 3 items and then didnt see the other two as she was paying attention to line .then shes put stickers on items when I had my receipt in my hand. I went to this site 4 times and twice I get this guy named Jared and he could hardly hear me. It was really hard telling him my phone number for the price plus card and when I put the 4 things of meat and fruit I needed he looked to be pissed off and was frustrated. Never going back!

The staff at Shoprite do a great job, despite the fact that this is one of the more busy, stressful stores Ive ever visited. My wife finds their customer service perfect, and I love the addition of ShopRite from Home.
