Just because this store is near to my house, I go there to buy Indian grocery sometimes. But every time I have bad experience here. This Patel Brothers shop always sells old stock that has bugs/insects. In addition to this, they charge twice or thrice for one item!!!. Once I bought toor dal, moong dal, rice bag, semolina packets. I noticed all the packets were infected with insects.So I took them back to the store. Instead of checking their stock, store management argued with me and gave very careless and rude replies. In addition to this, they always charges twice for the items by mistake. I went thrice to ask them for additional charges that were on my bill. I can advise you to avoid this location Patel brothers shop...If you cant avoid, please be careful before buying any item. Check for expiry dates, insects/bugs in dal and rice packets before buying. Also check your bill for any additional/extra charges.

Of all the stores that were at this strip mall, this business is the only successful one. Though they have the necessary desi things many of the fruits are always sitting there spoiled. I should have taken a pic of the Lychee... just nasty! They make thousands of dollars an hour from the community yet have never even tried to clean the outside of the store. This is a disgrace! Come on Patel!!!!

I called to ask if they had a certain product so I did not make an unnecessary trip and the lady who answered the phone was SO rude and told me I was wasting her time by calling and that I should not ask her and if I wanted anything I should just come there and pick it up. What an awful lady and what awful customer service!

Outrageous how the staff can be so rude. Called to ask if they carried a product and was told to come into the store and see for myself. A business that wants to stay running should not treat customers this way. Not worth spending your money here to be belittled and disrespected.
