Sephora seriously has the best customer service ever! Ive spent hours on hours and dollas on dollas here. 1. You can sample basically anything here and theyre incredibly nice about it and give you solid recommendations. They dont work on commission, so I always appreciate when they dont just rave about everything and tell you the truth. They also dont judge when you tell them your price range and will work within that to give recommendations/give samples. 2. You can return anything, even used. Ive tried products a few times and realized it just wasnt worth it, and its totally fine. GREAT story: I bought a brush set here months ago and during a recent vacation, of the brushes somehow broke. Went in asking if they were able to replace it by any chance, and they replaced the whole darn set for me!! I got 10 spanking new brushes. Thanks Sephora, you da real MVP. 3. All the artists are incredibly nice. 4. Sign up for your rewards so you can get an amazing birthday gift. 5. Spend $50, get your makeup done. Totally reasonable at Sephora. I know Macys and stuff does this but like at Chanel, you get one lipstick for $50. Here you can splurge and get surprisingly a lot for $50. Always check out their sale section. 6. Sephora brand lipstains, liquid eyeliner, and pressed powder work supperrr well even compared to higher end products Ive tried.

Ive never been inside this store. However, i called because my prom is only 2 days away and i completely forgot to make a makeup appointment. The woman i talked to sat on the phone and tried to help me find a new place because they were 100% booked. I dont know how the customer service is inside the store but this woman was the nicest lady Id talked to all day (Id called every sephora in a 30 mile radius of where i live, which is about 15-20 stores). She was very real with me and didnt try to sugar coat anything and she didnt try to push me to buy anything i wasnt interested in. I ended up making my appt. with another sephora a little further than what i was hoping for but she told me what to look for in the ratings and everything lined up. She had AMAZING people skills and was EXTREMELY helpful.

While I love Sephora in general, the experience here can be a hit or miss depending on whos working. Ive gotten color matched for foundation three separate times and the first two times I felt as though I was being rushed to choose one of the two samples they tried on me. I ended up leaving dissatisfied both times, until my most recent visit. I was color matched by a woman I hadnt met before and was surprised at how patient and thorough she was! She asked the opinion of her coworkers to make sure the color was a right match. I was very satisfied after that trip. The rest of the staff was also super friendly and helpful, making sure I had gotten everything on my list before I left. Maybe their staff is being trained differently but overall, I saw an improvement for the better.

In reading online reviews about this location, I was skeptical to shop here. However, upon entering the store I felt comfortable that it would be a good experience. Cate was very knowledgeable and enthused about helping me. She was especially well-versed in Bare Essential products, which is what I came specifically to buy. She went above and beyond in gauging my skin care concerns, making suggestions, and providing samples. Cate was able to answer all my questions and was thorough in teaching me how to apply the products. I was confident in my purchases because she was such a big help. She also remembered my name. When I return I will look specifically for her! Thanks Cate!

Bad experience the makeup person Krysi didnt tell me what she was doing just started putting stuff on my skin and when I start asking her questions she gave me a little bit of an attitude also she kept on talking into her ear piece 3 times saying Ill be right with you as soon as I finish up with this customer. This made me feel rushed and like she didnt want to take her time with me. Then she scribble down on the paper what she put on my face and told me to go home and think about it. I was prepared to spend about $100 on makeup, but just left the store with nothing. The store is big and a bit intimidating especially when you dont know how and what to do with makeup.

I went into the store knowing hardly anything about matching my very dark skin to the right foundation and Xaira helped me so much from the primer to concealer to the foundation and even a Lil blush , at first I was a little skeptical because its very hard to find makeup to suit dark chocolate skin like mines and she BEAT MY FACE TO THE GODS , YOU HEAR ME? , it was natural and beautiful, I had non stop compliments on my SKIN, it fit me to perfection , The best help ever and her attitude was really spunky and cute and she made feel like were friends since forever ...she deserves a raise , keep up the good work Xaira!

Krytel was awesome! Shes very knowledgeable about the products. She was very nice and it seemed like she really wanted to help. I go there all the time and I feel that some sales person just dont care. Theyll tell you what you want and need and thats it. She gives you her opinion about the products and listens to what you want and what youre looking for. She wanted to fill out a survey online but for some reason I couldnt! I guessing its because I filled one out two days ago? Does it limit a person from doing another survey? Anyway I came in today and she wasnt there. DEFF WILL BE COMING BACK.

The employees are are by far the most educated ones that I have ever come across in a makeup store...ever! I gained so much knowledge about skin care from the wonderful ladies working in that section. I switched up my routine due to being educated on so many products that were best fit for me. Everyone is very eager to help. A+ with product knowledge and customer service. The only issue I run into here is not being able to use my debit card because my chip doesnt work and there always seems to be system issues to I have to use my credit card. First world problems..I know!

This store and staff is really amazing. Sephora gets customer service right! The staff is friendly and helpful (without being pushy or in your face) from the moment you walk in. Ive had a couple special circumstances that have required above and beyond service levels and have always been met with nothing less. The manager Andrea has been particularly helpful for me.
