The company is wonderful and they seem to have a variety of products to choose from. My complaint isnt about the company itself its about the store. The fact that they assume because of the way I look, that I am stealing products. I was practically being followed the entire 20 minutes that I was in the store. That makes people very uncomfortable when all they want to do is look for new products and venture through a new store.

Darlene was the best colorist I ever had!!! I Love my hair!!! She corrected a very bad color experience from a different salon. My hair is a beautiful blonde that I wanted and she left it healthy and Ive had so many positive comments on my Facebook pictures. I highly recommend Darlene and I will only have her touch my hair. Shes the best!!!

Feel bad I cant give zero stars. The hair stylist, Nicolette, kept me turned from the mirror the entire time so I couldnt see what she was doing, cut several inches more than I requested, and the haircut was lopsided. I had to spend extra time and money to have another salon fix her screw up. This was on a Sunday as well.

Rude snobby associates. Takes forever to check out. The way they try to get you to sign up for a rewards card is awful! And if you say no they dont just drop it! I dont need a card because I dont shop there enough to save money.
