Id like to thank #Kroger for the interesting morning (night) I had at one of your Columbus, OH locations (5800 west broadstreet.) So I go in to #Kroger @ 12AM 2/24/15 and the lady "Alice". walks up to me and tells me I need to leave because I came in the other day with a knapsack and took things. I told her I hadnt been there in a good while and she said i was lying and called security (which was seemingly other employees working). The guy told her I wasnt the guy but she said she will watch me while im there.I asked for an apology and she since she was wrong and she said "who cares if im wrong just go shop". I was confused and shocked said she wouldnt apologize til i paid for my things. After i left to get what i came from a guy gets on the intercom and claims they are closing in 5 mins due to an emergency. I asked for a manger and was told there was no manger there. As i left they closed the door. I then went to Walmart to shop, and when i circled back around 1250AM the doors were open and they were new cars in the parking lot (im sure they belong to shoppers) Say what you will about #Walmart but they have never accused me of theft even after proven innocent and then closed the store so I had to leave. #FAIL on #Kroger for treating me a third class citizen. #prejudice ? #racism?

Ok for a quick run to the store for an urgent item, but thats about it. Their location and the friendly staff (for the most part) is the only appeal for me right now due to its proximity. Prices are mostly fair, but I cant say Im impressed with their product availability. They recently gutted their international section, and several times Ive went for a common product and they were out of stock. Their stockers are overworked and they sometimes have product in the back of the store for days before they are able to even bring it out. Their pharmacy is also sub-par; I often have to wait for several hours before prescriptions are available, and at one point they were even out of stock of an important maintenance medication for my wife. The pharmacy employees are, unlike the rest of the store staff, very short and unapologetic about their inability to fill a prescription in a reasonable time. Overall, I shop there when I have to, but thats really about the only reason.

The pharmacy personnel attempted to go out of their way in an attempt to not assist. When people need medication, the pharmacy tech should be willing to at least make a call on the second trip to get the second prescription filled. Not insist they are closed, to find out they arent. Really disappointed. I made three trips after leaving the emergency room and finally had a prescription so I could follow the doctors orders and start feeling better. There are only a few things I go to Kroger for and I think I will be finding other places to go, or at least not support this location. I will tell all my family about the terrible experience. I think their employees need diversity training and they need to realize every dollar spent at the store goes towards their paycheck/jobs and all customers should be appreciated regardless.

Their pharmacy is always well supplied for the things I need, but they have no urgency. I was in immense pain for a prescription that I need it refilled from the doctor this morning , they told me the wait would be an hour and took my phone number. Halfway through the hour I had to call them back and beg them to rush my order. They said they would call me when it was ready. At the hour mark , my ride got into the line again, refusing to move until we got our prescription. They had it ready for me and hadnt called yet. I got the phone call 20 minutes after I had already left the pharmacy. I had just had surgery Wednesday. The doctors had to double my meds due to the pain , but Krogers had no urgency. I almost had to leave and go to the ER. Thanks Kroger Pharmacy

The pharmacy is too busy and their pharmacy reps are rude. They are too busy to answer the phone when you call. Since my mother does not get all her meds filled at krogers they would not fill a "controlled substance" for her. Krogers marks up all name brands and sells their products for less. The krogers brands are very low quality. Seems to me that they have become very greedy. I will miss the wonderful checkout people that work for them. I hope they are more generous with their staff than they are with the customers. I will no longer be shopping at krogers or using their pharmacies.

I use to love that Kroger. Until the accused me of kid napping my own child! I walked in with him, shopped, and checked out. On my way out the door this male manager walked up to me first looked me up and down like I was trash!! Then processed to ask if my child way mine! I replied "yeah why!?" He WALKED AWAY FROM ME! Then this crazy old lady followed me out to my car. Asked the same question. I very solemnly go back there unless I have to now.

this is the best kroger ever! their produce and meat and deli departments have fresh food and friendly service. whenever i ask an employee where is something, the person takes me to the isle and makes sure I found what I was looking for. The checkout lines move along well and the baggers do a great job too. I agree, though, with a recent review: Get rid of the Supreme Liquor Store and open the isles back up please.

I go to Kroger for all of my groceries and I love their fuel points program. If you go outside of peak hours you wont be in line. The cashier is usually always fast and makes sure to ask for your points. The store is clean and managers try to keep it that way from what Ive seen. I recommend going to Walmart for anything thats not groceries, pretty expensive here.

Its the closest kroger to me so I have to deal with it. But when you buy over 200$ worth of groceries and they make you go through self checkout.. I feel like I have every right to be pissed. The young lady was also kind of rude and decided to help me once she saw I was literally done. It took 30 min.

This pharmacy is a joke literally the worse customer service ever. They act like your offending them when you have a question or need to drop off a perscription. I would highly recommend nobody go here it will probably make them alot happier seeming how they want nothing to do with their customers

Good little grocery store for simple foods. They do lack some things that I would love to buy once in a while like bread sprouts but oh well. I gotta say, they make stone amazing sushi around lynch time that is worth every penny! Try their sushi!
