This Kroger is unfortunately in a very sorry state. There is much that is disorganized from the floor plan to the fact that random merchandise is scattered throughout the store where it does not belong. The selection in meat, produce, and the bakery is quite limited by comparison to other Kroger stores which was another disappointment. The only saving grace for this store was the friendliness and willingness to help of the staff. If nothing else they have a genuinely empathetic staff, but I will not visit again due to the other failings.

I love Krogers used to love this Krogers been going to this Krogers my whole life but the last six months the store has been going downhill too vegetables rotten sitting on stands to rotten meat and the pasta salads and that kind of stuff that are in the deli look like theyve been sitting there for 2 days theyre all like crusty and brown on the top this Krogers used to be a very good Krogers very very good now I would say after my last experience of going there which was 2 days ago I will not be going back to this Krogers

Store is not clean and bottle return is very nasty. I was very disappointed because there was one gentleman who works over there. Hes very nice and very kind bur hes little bit old and everyone give him a job that they dont want to. It wasnt fair but he never complain. That just made me so mad. And one black girl seems like she was in her early 20s and she was yelling at him and he kept saying sorry and she said "slow man". They have no respect each other.

I go to this Kroger regularly because its closest to home. I think they should have a better selection of frozen foods and more stock of things. It sometimes gets crowded and checkout can take a little time. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. Im not too fond of their bottle return area, being that its small and sometimes overcrowded, as well as the machines not working properly at times.

Very disappointed in this store it has really gone down hill! People begging for money the store isnt very clean. I guess ghetto is the word! Not to mention the staff for example Im standing in line as I write because I originally went to express (about 15 items) and was told no because I had 17! Seriously! Now Im waiting in a 20 min line ugh laziness! Then didnt get my milk SMH

Great Krogers and location its always clean they always have disinfectant wipes at the door and they take care of there carts. They have great deals as usual and honestly think there meat is better for some reason also its clean. My only complaint is the freezer section it got downgraded for some reason so certain items im used to getting got the boot either way I recommend it.

Some crazy last tried to attack me and my friend cause she screamed at her 1 year old granddaughter and we calmly asked her not to scream cause we had my daughter and her son who are only 2 and 5..... she did get kicked out!! But she needs to be banned !!! All the Kroger workers said she comes in and does with with the customers all the time.... BAN HER!!

Shopped here on on off for the last 20 years...Its just become okay, not my favorite kroger. The one in Dearborn is way better. When looking for cupcakes for daughters birthday they always have a limited supply. The only reason why I still shop here is because its the closest one, otherwise I would just go to Dearborn/Outer Dr. Store.

What can I say? The workers do the bare minimum with about that much enthusiasm. Experience at self checkout was not being able to access it (gift card) there. The rep didnt help much. If there is a way to check a gift card, she didnt know. Suggested customer service. There was a line. Called number on back of card. Problem solved.

Everyone is kind and polite. Although its a busy locations and the lines can tend to get long, typically the staff there work very fast and I feel that I dont have to wait too long in line. Good options for food sales and using my Kroger card helps reduce my bill, which helps alot compared to other stores.

Kroger what a wonderful place to shop its one of the best stores in the area its great expensive and its got pretty much everything you need for an everyday household thats wonderful if you get to you everything is okay Ive been doing it since I was a kid and even then it was a great shopping place

My go to grocery store. Clean and friendly environment. Always have registers opened and I have yet to experience a traffic jam at the registers! Pricing is great and they always have great deals especially their 10 for 10s. They beat Meijer all the time and at times even beat Wal-Marts price.

The donors are never charged all the time and you go in there and they do not have them working or plugged in to charging them are the cash registers slow go to a different Kroger you get through the line faster and you go and get a handicap scooter at a different store that would be charged

This Location doesnt seem to carry many popular items like other locations. Bathrooms are always a mess with at least one nonfunctional toilet. I on the other hand have never had a bad experience with the staff here. It is an older store that just needs a remodel in my opinion.

This Kroger is the best place to go shopping for any of your grocery needs. Not only that, but theres so much more to offer. With things like a phenomenal produce department and very short wait times in line I highly recommend spending your time shopping here.

This place has no carts free in the store at this time. Checked both entrances. Might be because they are all across the street at the bus stop. Not entirely the locations fault but made me leave without purchase after asking several unhelpful employees.

Normal this is a fast place and today it took forever for 2 cheese burgers with extra pickles. Then I get my cheeseburgers and they were smothered in mustard and cold and no extra pickles. Then dont forget the thumbs that were smashed into your bun.

Went to Kroger, there is a Jewelers store there called S & J Jewler to fix my Necklace lock. Reasonable and very Friendly, has a nice selection did good work had what I needed. Did not have to have it sent out...Fix Necklace and my Eagle Emblem..

Ghetto ... staff looks shady and customers dont know how to park. I only go here when extremely necessary for small or quick items only - which is not often. Otherwise I go to the Kroger on Merriman/Cherryhill or one closer to home ...Whew!

I love this store. Conveniently on my way home. I come here because they are so well stocked. I get great coupons mailed to me based on what I buy so I can actually use them. Kroger has the lowest prices.Very nice staff and very clean.
