I get an email for a rebate opportunity when you purchase a Litter Genie Plus from Petco so I jumped on it immediately, excited because Ive wanted one. Well, I should say Im shocked but Im not- all the promised materials were missing. The incorrect filter was in the genie and only the scooper, no holder for it. Im looking at it, genuinely confused as to why I cant figure out how to set it up when I realize my genie was missing supplies. This was the second genie I picked up, the first (in the store) didnt close all the way. It was broken. The second comes with missing supplies? Ive bought other supplies there, cat toys more specifically, that never worked. I was too lazy to return it but now, I know what type of products to expect there, cheap and a waste of money. I do not recommend, I will not be returning.

One of the worst pet stores Ive ever been. The most upsetting part is how unprofessional and useless is personal of the store. Any questions I asked they seemed to hear for the first time. They have no knowledge about animals in the store. I am very disappointed because they dont provide any consultations. Looks like they have no interest in what is going in the store and particulars of each animal. Very pitty. Currently looking for another store because dont want to be back in Petco ever again.

I bought a bag of Whole Earth Puppy Food a week ago and today worms started coming out from inside the actual kibble. I called petco and they told me they cant do anything without a receipt. I told them I do not have the receipt but I do have my bank statement. Again I was told I need a receipt. Theres worms in my dogs food that Ive been giving her for the past week!!! This petco doesnt give a crap about you or your dogs health so stay away! Will never buy from them again.

So store hours after the storm were cut short. Here is the picture of the front door and no signs for "hurricane hours". Avoid this petco location All I wanted to do was exchange broken fish tanks that would be an even exchange. They wouldnt help me at all. Ive seen four people walk up and not understand why they are closed.

This store is poorly stoked up in some of the dog food, not once i have been able to find enough food or any food at all for my dog, the only answer you get is come later in the week to see if we got some in. I swintched to another chain and they ALWAYS have more than enough variety and quantities

I dont like PETCOs or other big pet superstore because of their business practices when it comes to fish and other small animals, but this is the only place I can buy CANIDAE brand food. Its convenient.
